"This is an established five-star hotel right at the foot of Mount Tai. It offers Golden Key service, and while the hotel itself might be a bit older, the service is truly excellent! As soon as we arrived, the bellhop warmly opened the door and helped with our luggage. When checking in, Ms. Xiao Wang at the front desk was gentle and approachable, and kindly answered all our questions, which immediately left a great impression. 👍🏻👍🏻 Even staff in the hallways would proactively nod and greet guests – truly befitting a long-standing five-star establishment! 👍🏻👍🏻 The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to Tianwai Village Tourist Center in the mornings. There's also a pet park where you can get free vegetables at the front desk to feed the small animals with your kids. The bellhop even provided hiking poles and raincoats, which was a thoughtful touch. Downstairs from the hotel, there's a small art museum we noticed when going to the pet park. You can take your kids there to draw and do crafts, which looked quite interesting. I recommend prioritizing the mountain-view rooms, located in Building B, which is slightly newer than Building A and offers a better experience."

"I had a very satisfying stay, everything met the Hilton brand's quality standards. Both the soft and hard aspects were excellent, the facilities were relatively new, the room was very spacious, and it was clean. The breakfast was also great and served until 10 AM. The staff were very responsive, professional, and efficient. The only minor drawback was that all the suites were located at the very end of the hallway. However, this did make for a quiet rest. The soundproofing was a little lacking, as I could hear children being noisy next door. Overall, it offers great value for money and is an excellent choice in Tai'an. It's very convenient to take a taxi to Tianwai Village Station, and there's a good restaurant right next door."

"The hotel is a five-star property. Winta Liang at the front desk provided excellent service and even helped us with a room upgrade. The overall cleanliness of the hotel is good, and the comfort level is great. They also have a self-service laundry room, which is a fantastic amenity. However, the public areas and elevators didn't have air conditioning in the mornings, which is something that needs improvement. The breakfast selection was limited and didn't seem to feature much local flavor; I suggest they work on that."

"I carefully selected this Wyndham hotel, and while the location is a bit out of the way, the grand garden upon entry gives it a magnificent and opulent feel. The European-style decor throughout the hotel also exudes luxury, and the front desk even upgraded me to a mountain view room. I'm not sure if it's because fewer people stay in the mountain view rooms or for some other reason, but the room had a slight musty smell and was quite humid. Even the bedding felt a bit damp, which was really uncomfortable. Of course, the room's decor and facilities themselves were excellent; I hope they can make improvements in the future."

"The condition of the room was absolutely dreadful and dilapidated, with mould on walls and in the bathroom, multiple stains on the walls which looks like mud/blood/killed bugs, and the bathroom smelled really badly. We were given a room with blood stained duvet cover and bedsheets, which was promptly changed after we pointed it out. The only reason that I'm not leaving a one star review is because the receptionist was very kind and professional and he tried the best to sort out the bedsheet situation. We did not request a room change since even the corridors were messy and the courtyard was full of rubbish, so we assumed that the whole place would look like the room we were assigned, especially that we mentioned in our booking that we are on a honeymoon, so we expected to see some effort on hotel's side. The positives: kind staff, beautiful architecture (but the place is not cleaned often enough), central location so you don't have to climb more stairs as opposed to other hotels, free water and toiletries in the room (although I refused to shower in that bathroom), a beautiful location for the morning sunrise watching and a polite tour guide. Attaching the pictures of the beautiful sunrise. I didn't have high expectations since I was keeping in mind that it's a place that's difficult to access, and I rarely leave bad reviews for any accommodation, but I think that it's needed to point out to the property what needs improving so they don't go out of business. I have no idea how on earth they have a 4* ranking. Perhaps we were given a low standard room, however, we went for one of the cheapest options and I was still more expensive than staying in a 5* hotel in Shanghai (that's where we were before)"

"This is an established star-rated hotel with incredibly warm and attentive service. The facilities are still very new, and the rooms are spacious. You can even see Mount Tai from the window! Getting around by taxi is super convenient, and the breakfast spread is extensive. The hotel's own restaurant is also a great option for dinner. Highly recommend!"

It takes a few dollars to take a taxi to Mount Tai to the scenic spot. "I arrived at the hotel at 12:30 PM. Even though the room wasn't ready yet, the front desk staff were very attentive and welcoming. I was able to check in within half an hour, and they even gave me some fruit and a souvenir. Choosing this hotel for my trip to Mount Tai was definitely great value for money. The room was well-decorated, very clean, and the facilities were quite complete (though it lacked a non-slip mat for the shower and a disposable razor). The room was spacious and fully smart. The blackout curtains were excellent, and when opened, the room was filled with natural light. The view from the window looked just like Mount Tai! Plus, it's conveniently located, about a 20-minute drive from the Hongmen Gate of Mount Tai, with a plaza and food options nearby. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit."

Just as I've reviewed before, the photos match the actual room perfectly. What surprised me most was the design of the bathtub. The room also had a weight scale, body lotion, and laundry detergent. After climbing Mount Tai (from Hongmen to Zhongtianmen, Nantianmen, and Yuhuangding), even after a massage (there's a spa downstairs with an 18% discount for guests) and stretching, my thighs were still sore. A hot bath was incredibly soothing. Not immersing my lower body completely really helped with lactic acid dissipation, allowing me to continue climbing the East Imperial Road the next morning. On the B2 level, there's a chain restaurant (Lucai Gen), and their double meal is more than enough. There's also a gym and a laundry room. I also asked the front desk if I could heat up my packed food in the staff microwave, which was great! The breakfast also featured local specialties like jianbing with green onions and qiangguo noodles. Very good! If I come to Mount Tai again, I'll definitely stay here.

The guesthouse is perfectly situated at the foot of Mount Tai, just a short walk from the Hongmen Visitor Center. Our room was spotless and cozy, the small courtyard was wonderfully quiet, and the overall design was quite tasteful (I regret forgetting to take photos!). The owner is incredibly warm and cheerful, and even kindly offered pick-up and drop-off service near Hongmen. We had planned to climb the mountain the following day, but the weather forecast predicted rain, making us worried about our itinerary. To our relief, the owner checked a cloud map, confidently assured us it wouldn't rain, and even helped us plan the perfect route. True to their word, the next day was beautifully cool and refreshing, resulting in an absolutely fantastic experience. Thanks to contacting the owner in advance for some excellent packing advice, we were well-prepared and didn't have to carry any unnecessary luggage. Overall, a truly wonderful stay!

Great location! After hiking Mount Tai, I got to the hotel in a flash. There are plenty of food options nearby, so I had a satisfying meal. The water temperature in the hotel was perfect for a nice, refreshing shower. The hotel was quiet, and I slept soundly until morning. It's also very close to the high-speed train station, just a few minutes walk to get inside. What a wonderful trip!

This hotel definitely deserves a five-star rating! My room was incredibly spacious, and they even upgraded my room type and gave a complimentary breakfast for my child, which had a great variety. The night view from the 24th floor was amazing. There's a mall nearby with a popular stir-fried chicken place (expect a queue!), and a small night market. The hotel has an adjoining ground-level parking lot; just give your license plate number to the front desk when you leave, and parking is free, which is super convenient. Even though prices went up during the May Day holiday, it was still very reasonably priced compared to other hotels. If you come during off-peak times, the value for money would be exceptional. The only minor downside is the lack of a mini-fridge in the room. It felt a bit odd, especially since they provided a Dyson hairdryer – you'd expect a standard amenity like a fridge. The hotel is about 9 kilometers from Tianwai Village at Mount Tai, roughly a 20-minute drive. You can park at Taishan Hospital, which is right across from Tianwai Village. Just make sure to park before 7:30 AM.

I was incredibly lucky to book a room during the peony blooming season. The moment I entered the courtyard, I was greeted by the intoxicating fragrance of flowers. The design and arrangement of the courtyard's small bridge, flowing water, and greenery were truly delightful. The service was excellent; the receptionist was incredibly friendly and welcoming. While the breakfast wasn't extensive, it was delicious, and it was the energy that sustained me through my 7-hour hike up and down the mountain. The hotel environment is very tranquil, and it's very close to the Lihongmen trailhead—only 18 minutes from the ticket gate—a perfect warm-up after breakfast. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the experience and highly recommend staying at the courtyard in mid-April; it truly is a garden bursting with the fragrance of flowers!

The hotel's breakfast is rich and varied. It also has its own parking lot on the underground level, which is very convenient. The front desk was very considerate and gave me a parking card. The room was large and clean, and the breakfast was perfect. It is recommended to stay here.

The location is indeed quite convenient, and the environment is decent. As for the facilities, they're just okay – the first ten seconds of water from the bathtub faucet were rusty red. My biggest complaint, however, is about their 'free shuttle service.' If you don't offer it, don't advertise it. If you do, then actually provide it. I booked twice. The first time, they said the driver had finished for the day. The second time, they claimed they couldn't pick me up due to weather conditions. Is bad weather really an excuse? Do your drivers only operate electric vehicles or something?

The room was very clean and I slept great. The breakfast was also very generous (I cleaned my plate, this picture was just taken before I finished eating). All in all, I have no complaints, and the price is very reasonable. I passed by this hotel many times as a child, and I finally decided to come and experience it myself.

The room was spacious and bright, with soft and comfortable bedding. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries were of good quality, with nice-smelling shampoo and shower gel. The location was also convenient for getting around, and the parking lot was quite large.

The rooms are relatively new; the dorm room is a 20-person room, converted from a large hotel suite. 2. No toiletries, no towels, no slippers, no power outlets by the bed. Everything is based on roughing it for one night on the mountaintop. 3. The bedding wasn't damp, but some beds didn't have sheets, probably because the bedding wasn't changed and washed in time. For 100 yuan, it's already considered good value for money. 👦🏻 Service: Average. The staff are all young, handsome guys, handling check-in and check-out normally. 🚫 Cons: 1. It's already great to have a hotel like this on the mountaintop, and it offers good value for money. 💡 Tips: 1. Book in advance, as both rooms and beds are highly sought after. 2. There's an in-house restaurant, and a small shop next to the front desk on the first floor. ❗ This is an honest review based on my personal expense, and the above represents only my personal opinion.
