"Successfully unlocked the hidden gem of Hilton Susong, a true highlight for Susong's tourism and culture! 👍 The decor is incredibly comfortable, and the service philosophy really shines through with thoughtful details everywhere. In picture two, a towel is conveniently hung right by the bathroom door, within easy reach – something I've never experienced in any brand-name hotel during all my years of road trips! 👍👍👍👍👍👍 The front desk ladies 💁💁💁💁💁 have the best service demeanor and气质 I've encountered. Especially the baby-faced, big-eyed young lady who checked me in; her communication was so friendly and engaging. I hope the hotel promotes employees with such natural service qualities, as it truly enhances the hotel's reputation. 👍 I even made sure to say goodbye to her in the lobby's tea room before leaving; she's a wonderful girl! The hotel parking lot is quite spacious, and the charging price was the lowest I've found on my road trip (just over 90 cents per unit). Besides the amazingly high value of the buffet dinner, the only minor quirks were a low battery on the electronic scale and a toilet flush sound that was a bit... well, let's just say it was startling at first 😏 hahaha, but honestly, it's virtually flawless! I'll definitely be back to snag another deal next time! 😄"

"The service was good, but around 6 AM, I saw in the hotel lobby that the room I booked was over 200 yuan more expensive than the listed price. I was in a rush and left early, so I didn't have time to take pictures. Was the price higher on Ctrip or was the hotel cheaper offline? The air conditioner buttons didn't display numbers; my dad had to press them a few times to get it working. The other room we booked didn't have shampoo. Don't they check hotel standards? The hotel towels and bath towels were yellowed and should have been replaced... Is this the quality of Ji Hotel? Shouldn't they give us an explanation?"

Some air fresheners would help Breakfast - though included in booking; didn’t eat as we had to leave early Hallways look dated Rooms - excellent. Newly renovated. Good size . Comfortable beds, clean refreshing room. Acceptable sound insulation from external noises There’s a laundry room & a gym . Useful . I think it’s the best hotel in that city near centre. Receptionist told us Heard that many students booked it for their upcoming exams the next day & hence we couldn’t have late checkout. Anyway we left early in the morning the next day"
