The air conditioner buttons didn't display numbers; my dad had to press them a few times to get it working. The other room we booked didn't have shampoo. Don't they check hotel standards? The hotel towels and bath towels were yellowed and should have been replaced... Is this the quality of Ji Hotel? Shouldn't they give us an explanation?"
