As soon as we arrived at the store, we were served in a big bowl. Iron and grapefruit tea is so warm! Dinner was also arranged at the B&B. The host was a good man who knew how to cook. Several of the dishes were colorful and flavorful and must be praised, including the breakfast the next morning, which was both nutritious and delicious. It must be said that families with children can also experience a backyard vegetable picking experience, which is very interesting for children living in the city! The whole village of Songzhuang Village is not as big as Yangjiatang, and it is far away from the county seat, so there are fewer tourists. Relatively speaking, the visiting experience is very good. There is an ancient arch bridge in the village that was rated as a secret place in the south of the Yangtze River by National Geographic Magazine. It is covered with greenery. The moss is very beautiful from a distance and up close, and there are a lot of people taking pictures! We took a group photo with Xin and Lixia’s dog mother 123 on the bridge. Speaking of this little Chuanchuan, he is really a cute dog. My daughter also insisted on booking me to this hotel in Lixia because of it. I didn’t expect the experience. But it's best for everyone to bring their own dry food, as there are not many places to eat on the mountain.

The location of the homestay is excellent, the surrounding environment is quiet and beautiful, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms are spacious and bright, warm and comfortable. The bedding is clean and tidy, it is very comfortable to lie on, the facilities in the room are all available, and there is a large screen projection. Every detail is considered very thoughtful. The boss was very warm and friendly, personally helped with the luggage, and also enthusiastically recommended local food and attractions, and left to send local specialties. The breakfast is also very delicious, rich in variety and balanced nutrition.

This was by far the most delightful stay of our trip. Staying in an old house within an ancient village offered a truly unique experience. The food itself was very satisfying. (I absolutely loved the tofu, which is apparently a local specialty). Also, when you're exploring the village, don't forget to say hello to the local dogs! 🐶 They're all very friendly, and we became good pals with them over our two-day stay.

There is also a place next to the B&B that is very suitable for children to play in the water. It takes only 5 minutes to drive there according to the route given by the housekeeper. The water is not deep but very clear, and the children have a lot of fun!

The B&B we stayed in was the first B&B in the village. It was built entirely out of logs and was designed and constructed by the host himself. When we walked around the village, we found other B&Bs under construction. It turned out that the host was helping to build houses for others. . The proprietress' cooking skills are very good, hotel-level. Our two families, four adults and two children, went out to play together. When the boss saw it, he took the initiative to upgrade us to a large suite, two independent suites plus a living room in the middle, and a small yard in front of the door. On August 15th of this year, I spent admiring the moon, drinking, drinking, and singing in this small courtyard. I will never forget it! Good accommodation doubles the travel experience! When I left, I said I wanted to write a long review for my boss, but after I came back, an elder in my family passed away, so I didn’t write until now. My boss, forgive me! This was my first time visiting Songyang, and choosing Yuanshe Lanshu was an amazing decision! First off, the environment is absolutely beautiful. The guesthouse is nestled in the mountains, almost like a small resort, and only guests are allowed in, which makes it very quiet and secure. From my room, all I could see was lush greenery, which was incredibly soothing. Secondly, the service was truly excellent. Before I even arrived, they upgraded me to a room with a large window and a balcony. When I checked in, a staff member helped me with my luggage, and when I checked out, they even gave me a small souvenir. Oh, and the food at the hotel restaurant was delicious too!

The location of the B&B is OK. It takes only 20 minutes to get there after getting off the highway. It is located in the tea fields. The air is fresh. There is a cycling path next to it for walking. Cyclists can rent a bicycle. The service is very good. When we arrived at the location, they helped us arrange a parking space, helped us carry the luggage, and invited us to drink tea. The bad thing is that the room is not soundproof. People on the second floor can hear every move upstairs. In fact, there is no big noise upstairs, but it is clear, footsteps, talking... I hope it can be improved. The window glass is almost soundproof. People passing by outside can hear the slightest sound clearly... The window glass should be single-layer glass. I suggest that the boss change it to double-layer later, at least it will be better... The sanitation is OK, the room is still quite clean, and there is plenty of hot water in the bathroom.
