"五一返程遇車輛故障，被這家酒店的暖心服務狠狠治癒 五一假期的最後一天，我從未想過，會因為一場突如其來的車輛故障，對一家酒店生出這般刻骨銘心的好感，這份温暖，直到現在想起依舊很感動。 現在回想起來，當時的處境真的格外崩潰。準備退房離開酒店，車子停在地下車庫，可當我拿着鑰匙走到車旁，準備打開車門時，車子卻毫無半點反應，不是尋常的電瓶虧電，而是整輛車徹底“死機”，車門死死鎖着，鑰匙按了無數次，始終沒有任何迴應。 地下車庫本就信號微弱，再加上五一假期出行返程高峯，外面的救援電話全都排起了長隊，打了好幾個都遲遲得不到迴應。我當時站在地庫裏，看着一動不動的車子，滿心都是慌亂和無助，好好的返程行程眼看就要徹底打亂，那種焦慮又無力的感覺，真的讓人瞬間慌了神。 就在我手足無措、獨自對着車子一籌莫展的時候，酒店經理留意到了我在車旁焦灼徘徊的樣子，主動快步走過來細心詢問情況。酒店經理二話不説，立刻動用自己的人脈資源，幫我緊急聯繫開鎖和搭電師傅。要知道，當時最近的4S店距離這裏格外遠，更何況車子停在機械停車場，根本沒辦法挪動半分。 可真正讓我深深記在心裏的，從來不是簡單的搭把手幫忙，而是後續那些藏在細節裏的用心與温柔。 酒店經理並沒有打完電話就轉身離開，而是始終留在地下車庫，全程陪着我們處理問題。假期裏救援師傅本就忙碌，趕路過來需要不少時間，他全程耐心協調，事無鉅細地對接每一個細節，哪怕等待的時間漫長，他也時不時過來安撫我們的情緒，時刻跟進進度，詢問有沒有新的狀況出現。 那一刻，我心裏早已不是單純的“有人幫忙解決問題”的踏實，而是滿滿的動容，我真切地感受到，有人在認認真真對待我遇到的麻煩，把我的焦頭爛額放在了心上。 好不容易等到開鎖師傅趕到，一番檢查後確認，就是車輛小電瓶過度虧電導致的故障。搭電、解鎖、重啟車輛系統，整個過程折騰了很久，耗費了不少時間。自始至終，酒店經理都陪在現場，忙前忙後，連自己的午飯都顧不上吃。等車輛終於恢復正常，我們滿心感激，執意邀請他一起吃頓飯聊表謝意，他卻笑着婉拒，衹説：“我們做服務行業的，讓每一位客人安心，本來就是分內的事。” 其實靜下心來想想，車輛突發故障，本就和酒店毫無關係，這本不是他們的工作職責，他們完全可以一句“抱歉，我們管不了”就置身事外。可這家酒店的工作人員，沒有半句推諉，沒有一絲敷衍，從頭到尾都耐心十足，一邊幫我們想辦法解決問題，一邊輕聲安撫我們焦躁的心情，用最真誠的態度，陪我們度過了最狼狽無助的時刻。 當車子順利啟動的那一刻，我突然徹底明白，為什麼有些酒店，能讓人去過一次就念念不忘，願意再次奔赴。 真正優質的酒店服務，從來不是刻板的標準化流程，不是流於表面的客套問候，而是在你陷入困境、滿心狼狽、焦慮到不知所措的時候，有人願意停下腳步，站在你身邊，不推諉、不敷衍，真心實意地陪你一起面對麻煩、解決難題。 這個五一，被這家酒店的善意與擔當狠狠暖到了心底。下次來山陽，我一定還會選擇這裏，衹為這份不辜負每一位客人的暖心服務。"
