Hotels with WiFi in Santai

"The front desk staff were very attentive and provided excellent service. Even though the breakfast was unappetizing, the hotel's front office manager actively addressed the issue and offered several solutions. Overall, the service was good and the hotel offered great value for money."

"Must specially praise the hotel! After checking out, I found that the precious gold bracelet was in the room. I suggested the hotel with the mentality of trying it out. The staff quickly found and kept it properly. They communicated patiently throughout the whole process. They also arranged the return method intimately. The gold was not ignorant. The character was particularly good. Not only the room was clean and comfortable, but the service was thoughtful. The moral of the staff is even more reassuring, the stay experience is full, this hotel is worth staying, highly recommended!"

"Overall, it was a good stay experience. It was beyond my expectation to have a hotel of this caliber in the county. It should become an iconic hotel in Santai in the future🏨 Environment: A new garden-style hotel has been opened in the ancient city of Tongchuan. Let’s experience it for one night while on a business trip. There are a lot of green plants and water features, and it’s rare to hear the chirping of birds in the morning. The hydrangeas are in bloom these days, which is perfect for taking photos📷or sitting in the yard and drinking tea☕️ Facilities and hygiene: The breakfast room and lobby bar are all decorated very exquisitely and in line with the positioning of the ancient city. The appearance is Chinese-style, and the contrast of light luxury when entering the lobby is a style that young people will also like. The supplies and utensils in the room are very complete and exquisite, and the bedding is very comfortable after a night's sleep. Service: The girl who checked in at the front desk was very patient and polite. The room can be fully voice controlled, which is very smart and convenient. The dishes in the breakfast room were not what I expected, but unexpectedly they were very rich, especially the rice noodles. The taste was comparable to the ones outside. gourmet shop"

"On the facilities, the mattress is soft and hard, quite comfortable, the quilt is a duvet, the soft pillow is IKEA is good, but the shower spray water is uneven and sprayed indiscriminately. In the environment, there is a balcony with pet friendly, but. . . . The square dance started downstairs at 7:30 in the morning, noisy Service, need to be improved, first breakfast should be said in advance, the meal is very general; Secondly, if the guest does not receive a call from the hotel to ask if he is disturbed, he does not clean the room and replace the disposable items (this is also the first time I see it, and on the day of check-in, go out the next day, and return to the hotel the next day without a waiter informing) resulting in the confiscation of garbage on the same day. All disposable items have not been changed. Although they are made up later, the experience is super poor and needs to be improved."

"The atmosphere of the couple's bed is full, the bathtub is comfortable and relaxing, the projection screen is super clear, the bed is very clean, the location of the hotel is also easy to find, the car can also drive directly to the hotel for free parking, the stay experience is superb and super recommended"

"I came to Santai Luban Lake with my friends to see the meteors. I chose this hotel. When I entered the hotel door, I was shocked by the decoration style here. The full wood feeling first gave people a very comfortable and warm feeling. The room is very cost-effective, the overall room is spacious and not messy, there are everything that should be there, the hair dryer is Suifen, the bed is also very comfortable, very very satisfied with a living experience, I wish the hotel better and better!"

"Facilities: The facilities are well-equipped and modern. It is recommended to add a small gym; Hygiene: Hygiene really shocked me. First I saw that the sink was not cleaned, then there was a used bathrobe in the closet, and there was hair on the bath towel. This experience was really disappointing; Service: The service is okay, the restaurant service is very good, and the overall quality of the front desk staff needs to be improved."

"The room was clean and tidy, the twin bed was spacious and comfortable, the bedding was soft and the sleep was very solid. The bathroom was clean and odorless, hot water was sufficient, and the toiletries were complete. The room is well lit, soundproofed, and very quiet at night. The front desk service was warm and polite, and check-in and check-out were very fast. The overall environment is quiet and comfortable, the price is very high, I will choose to live here next time."

"It was my first time to go here for a business trip. I made a temporary reservation online. Unexpectedly, it was great value for money and the price-quality ratio was extremely high. I arrived in the middle of the night and the hospitable lady at the front desk upgraded my room type for free. The room was clean. Neat and not noisy. Breakfast is pretty good too! Next time I come here, I will continue to stay here!"

"I really think this hotel is worth it! The room was cleaned. The front desk lady was very good, check-in and check-out were very fast, and she enthusiastically told me where there were delicious food stalls nearby. The location is also absolutely, a few steps out is the place to go shopping, whether it is a business trip or bring family to play, it is very suitable, next time you come to Santai to live here!"
