"The service was professional and very supportive. We were greeted with a Hada upon entering, which was a lovely touch reflecting the hotel's local character, and the Hada itself was of good quality. The ******* ladies were beautiful, warm, and provided excellent service, while the young men were very helpful. Breakfast was also great; even as vegetarians, we found suitable options. Overall, our stay here was excellent. We are very grateful and wish the hotel continued success in its business."

"This was my first trip to Tibet, and after a lot of research, I chose the Hilton. Manager Ava contacted me in advance to reserve a parking spot and upgraded my room. The garden-facing room was very comfortable. The breakfast restaurant even offered Rhodiola rosea (a local herb). The hotel's location is quite good; I walked around the area and it seems to be right in the city center. It's also super convenient to get to the temples, just about a ten-minute drive."

"Let me talk about the advantages first, the room is large, the health is OK, the breakfast is nothing wrong, the sound insulation in the room is OK, the people in the surrounding room can not hear the speech, the service is OK. Besides the disadvantages, a big disadvantage is the door of the room. First of all, the room door of this hotel is very thick and heavy. From the perspective of security, there is almost no buffer on this door, which means that it cannot stop by itself. It must be pulled by hand to stand. This led to a door closing without paying attention to itself, and because it was particularly heavy, the sound of closing the door was huge. I can clearly hear the sound of closing the door in several rooms around, and even the sound of closing the door upstairs can be transmitted downstairs. The huge intermittent irregular snoring was really loud. For a noise-sensitive person, I will not book this hotel again."

"I have stayed here several times and this time I had an unexpected experience. The summary is as follows! 1. The online order was for a good breakfast, but when I got to the hotel, they said there was no breakfast during the Chinese New Year. 2 The air conditioner in the room was on all night but the temperature kept dropping. It wasn't warm at all after being on all night. 3. There is no hot water in the washbasin. You can only use water boiled in a kettle to wash. 4 A double room with two pillows, one with several holes in it and the other one not cleaned at all!"

"Highly recommend! This is the best among the top-rated hotels I've stayed at twice in Shigatse. The room is spacious and clean, the front desk service is excellent, and the breakfast is especially delicious with a great variety of dishes. Initially, because it was the off-season, the front desk offered room service, but as more guests checked in, it switched to a buffet. The welcome fruit was also very fresh. I'm honestly curious why this place doesn't have a higher rating; it should be the best in Shigatse. Seriously, I really, really recommend it. I forgot to take pictures of the hotel room, so here are two photos from my trip, just to show I'm not a robot."

"Booked a oxygen suite at a very high price bcos there is no other oxygen room. But the oxygen equipment wasn't working. And there is no way to contact the front desk ftom the room. Have to walk down each time we wanted to talk to them. Husband did not have a good sleep bcos of lack of oxygen. Another thing thst needs improvement is the corridor. Motion sensor lights are installed and the whole corridor is dark when we stepped out of the elevator or room. Suggest the hotel should change to proper lights as it is not conducive for the customers."

Love the overall vibe of this place (I upgraded my room to Mountain View later on and it’s so good). There is also some sound-proof mechanism in the room and I was able to sleep so well ! (much better than when I was in Lhasa despite the increase in altitude). I was able to have great sleep and naps that prepped me very well for the day’s exploration and hiking. 非常喜欢民宿和房间的整体氛围（后来我升级到了山景房，太棒了）。房墙里还有一些隔音装置，加上这边都是山包围着的；很感谢能让我在海拔高的地方睡得这么好（比两天前在拉萨时好多了）。睡得好，自然进入很好的状态，上山徒步起来很舒服。 Now I know when I visit here again, there is a very comfortable place to stay (am planning to invite friends from Singapore over next year ::) Huge kudos to Mr Doje for bringing this place into existence in the Himalayas and organizing stargazing event every night. The night sky. What a wonder. I’m grateful to be here. 明年我再来喜马拉雅山，我知道有一个很舒服的地方等我来住哈（下次会和新加坡朋友一起来 :)) ）谢谢多吉先生搭建了这个好的地方在这个山脉中。每晚还组织（无费用的）观星活动。这是我一生第一次见过如此的夜空。真的十分感谢。 p.s. This hotel is fantastic, comparable to a five-star hotel. Every staff member is polite, courteous, and courteous. The hotel's location is also excellent, right next to National Highway 318, with ample space in front and comfortable parking. The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, and even though we prefer lighter flavors, we still enjoyed delicious food. The humidifier automatically turned on as soon as we entered the room, ensuring a consistently fresh and oxygen-rich environment throughout the night. All the amenities are top-notch, and the surfaces feel smooth and comfortable to use.

The hotel's location is super easy to find, and the staff at the front desk were incredibly attentive. We booked the eco-friendly shuttle from the base camp, and it picked us up right at the hotel entrance as the first stop. It was quite impressive to see the hotel's name written on the mountainside behind it, and all the rooms are individual villas. We had dinner right there after arriving, and the restaurant's food was decent. Breakfast was very substantial.

The entire stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel felt like it was built to five-star standards in terms of facilities and operations. Many details were well done, such as providing toilet seat covers. The view of snow-capped mountains from the door was a pleasant surprise. Most importantly, the oxygen supply was truly abundant; during my nearly 10-day trip in Tibet, this was the hotel with the most adequate oxygen supply. If I had to offer a suggestion, it would be to extend the oxygen supply time. The automatic shut-off after 8 hours is unreasonable; I recommend extending it to at least 9 hours to ensure I didn't experience oxygen deprivation while sleeping for more than 8 hours.

The room is nice, the service is also very good, it is very close to Zongshan Castle, and it is convenient for sightseeing. Next time I come to Gyangze, I will stay in this hotel again. Pu Zhuoma at the front desk was very enthusiastic and helped us solve many problems.

This hotel made me feel at home on the plateau. I have to give a huge thumbs up to the Gyirong Chomo Langzong Hotel! I didn't have high expectations for a high-altitude stay, but I was blown away the moment I walked in—a rich ******* style blended with modern design. The lobby was filled with a faint scent of ******* incense, instantly soothing the fatigue from the bumpy ride. · Before I could even speak as I got off the car, a young man with a super-smiling smile came trotting over to take my luggage (I later learned it was Xiao Rui!) · They proactively upgraded our room upon check-in, and upon entering the room, we were served hot soy milk and fruit. · The recommended, non-influenced viewpoint was absolutely amazing! I captured the full view of Jinshan Mountain in the sun! I'll definitely be booking this hotel next time I'm in Tibet!

Our stay at the Vienna Hotel was excellent. Located in the county's commercial center, it's conveniently close to the county government, supermarkets, and hospital. The hotel was clean, spacious, and a thoughtful touch for someone experiencing altitude sickness. The front desk staff were very welcoming; knowing we were experiencing altitude sickness, they immediately brought us Rhodiola rosea and helped with our luggage, making us feel very warm and cared for. For a small county town like this, a hotel like this is truly remarkable, and we would definitely choose it again next time.

The hotel's location is superb, right next to the County Government and the G318 National Highway terminus, a popular photo spot. Its underground parking lot is massive, which is a huge plus, especially since it's the only hotel in town with such ample subterranean parking. Check-in at the front desk was professional and efficient, and any issues encountered during our stay were resolved immediately. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable. The only minor issue was a leak from the shower partition that needs repairing. Overall, I highly recommend this as the best hotel in the area.
