"The environment was nice, but the hotel maintenance was poor. The elevator smelled musty, the room phone was broken, and the breakfast was simple. I initially thought that since I was only staying one night, there wouldn't be any major problems. However, after checking out, the hotel called me and said that we had soiled the pillows and needed to pay a cleaning fee. I found this very strange; we only slept one night and didn't even spill any pillows on the floor. How could it be so dirty that we needed to pay a cleaning fee? I asked her to add me on WeChat and send me pictures, and the pillows were covered in mold. I was really angry. Later, the staff apologized, but I still felt uncomfortable. How could such hygiene problems occur in an InterContinental hotel?"

"Because it is close to the relatives' house, the hotel is set for parking, the equipment is very new, and the bedding is very comfortable. The difference is the service and environment. The second floor is a KTV. It is obvious that you can feel the vibration when you lie on the bed at 10 o'clock in the evening. The service was also very poor. There was no one at the front desk on the first day. The front desk bell was ringing. People came for about ten minutes. The cleaning was very late. The rooms that the guests had left were all open. It took about four or five in the afternoon to start cleaning. We went to the attraction and came back at almost six o'clock. We actually started cleaning us. The room, because people came back and did nothing, dumped the garbage and left."

"Three families traveled to Guizhou and stayed one night in Qinglong. It turned out to be the most satisfying hotel we booked during the entire trip. The facilities were new, and the beds and bathroom were very clean. The beds were also exceptionally large, and the elderly and children slept very well. I'm especially grateful to the hotel front desk for their thoughtfulness in arranging for us to be on the same floor as the children and elderly during peak tourist season, making it easier to take care of them. The weather in Guizhou was very cool, and the hotel environment was very comfortable. I will definitely come back."

"The hotel is located next to the Anti-Japanese War Square. When the street, there is a lined parking space at the door to park. The security guard is very enthusiastic. He helps arrange parking spaces and direct parking every day. The front desk lady is also very enthusiastic and helps introduce the surrounding attractions. The room is clean and spacious. There is breakfast in the morning. The facilities in the room need to be improved. For example, there is no TV, and it is necessary to call from other rooms. The phone is a display. The kettle cannot be automatically opened after the water is turned on. These need to be improved."

It takes to eat in the county seat one or two kilometers away, but fortunately it is quiet. There are indoor parking lots and roadside parking spaces, which are free. We were in bad luck when we stayed, and there were people shouting downstairs at two or three o'clock in the evening.

SShuangyehonglinlinQingyin is a mountain city, so the hotel is built on the edge of a reservoir with water. The overall external conditions are good and the environment is elegant, with a large parking lot.
We came from a provincial team. We consulted the hotel by phone before booking. There is no elevator. Because half of the teammates are 60-70 It is not convenient to carry the luggage up and down the stairs, so I don’t want to book a room. The hotel promised to help arrange it on the first floor without going up and down the stairs. So we booked 16 rooms half a month in advance, and we contacted the hotel the day before we checked in. The fact is that after arriving at the hotel, we were arranged on the first and second floors (all with luggage compartments up and down the steps), saying that the first floor arranged for other guests to stay in the room. This is too untrustworthy.
The negative first floor of the hotel is actually the normal ground floor, the lake is outside the window, but because the hotel is built on the hillside, the first floor of the hotel lobby is equivalent to the second floor. The illusion that the first floor is the basement is not. The leader and teammates explained that for a long time, they finally settled down. The room facilities are quite satisfactory.
It is not convenient to stay at the hotel to eat: I also asked about eating before booking the room, and told us that there is a restaurant in the hotel that you don’t need to go to the county to eat. In fact, after the teammates are not satisfied with the good hotel, I went to the restaurant but no more dishes. The guests climbed the steps (equivalent to going up to the restaurant without dinner), and then continued to walk along the hillside road to the county street to eat (about 15-20 minutes walk).
The hotel breakfast is on the first floor, there is powder and some milk, and it is decent.
Later, when I checked out the next morning, the hotel waiter also went to the room to help the guests take the luggage box to the front desk, which was to make up for not being arranged on the first floor to go up and down the steps.
The overall stay experience is not good, I feel that the hotel is not honest.
