"This is probably the best hotel in Qianshan city. The breakfast was absolutely amazing! The chicken soup for the chicken noodle dish was made with authentic Dabie Mountain yellow-feathered old hens – the broth was so clear and flavorful, it was incredibly delicious! The hotel was so generous, providing three whole old hens in a not-so-large pot, truly honest and conscientious. They also had unlimited braised beef. One breakfast, and my taste buds were thoroughly satisfied, ready to conquer Tianzhu Mountain with boundless energy. The hotel staff were also very friendly and polite, always smiling, and proactively recommended attractions and local delicacies in Qianshan, making me feel incredibly warm and comfortable. I just have one suggestion: when the hotel renovates its rooms, please invest more thought and hire a professional designer to create a warmer room environment that truly meets guest needs, befitting the spacious rooms at Wangfu. I also suggest the hotel replace or introduce new EV charging station brands, such as State Grid or Sinopec, to ensure convenient and seamless charging for new energy vehicles."

The environment has nothing to say, very quiet and green, and you can overlook Tianzhu Mountain. The entrance to the canyon is not far from the entrance of the hotel. The tea village visitor center in Tianzhu Mountain is more than ten minutes walk away. The decoration and environment of the hotel are very good and the atmosphere is full. "Stayed at Fuyao · Tianzhu Mountain View Pool Resort Homestay. It's a family-run place, and they are really nice people. The service was good, and you can feel they genuinely care about their guests.
The surrounding area is still developing, but it's likely to get much better in the future.
Breakfast was traditional Chinese home-style food — they gave porridge, eggs, noodle dishes, and several other options to choose from. Really enjoyed the authentic taste.

"I wholeheartedly recommend Swan Castle B&B in Tianzhushan! The location is superb, right next to the Tea Plantation Tourist Center, making it incredibly convenient to get around with just a three-to-five-minute walk. Among the many B&Bs in the area, this one truly stands out.
Parking was a breeze for our self-driving trip. We arrived quite late, past 11 PM, but the owner was super helpful, arranging a temporary parking spot for us and kindly informing us that we could use the free P1 parking lot next door the next day. The service was incredibly thoughtful.
Our two-night stay included breakfast for two, and the owner even offered an extra breakfast free of charge, which was a lovely and considerate touch. The B&B's overall environment was clean and tidy, and the comfort level was top-notch. What impressed me most was the excellent water pressure and strong flow in the bathroom – it made for a really comfortable stay.
When we checked out and were heading home, the owner even accompanied us to the parking lot to help with the free parking procedures, showing thoughtfulness in every detail.
The next time I visit Tianzhushan, I will definitely choose this place again! I also sincerely recommend it to friends and family traveling together. The service is attentive, full of thoughtful details, and the stay was absolutely perfect!"

"This was an unpleasant hotel experience, even a frustrating stay. I previously booked a hotel through Ctrip and informed the hotel on the Ctrip APP that I needed a quieter room. The system showed that the hotel accepted my request. If you don't accept it, let me know clearly. When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk staff told me that my room was at the elevator entrance. If you pay the Vienna membership fee of 69 yuan, you can upgrade your room and book hotels directly through Vienna in the future. I am helpless. I know this hotel's tricks. I am a die-hard Ctrip fan and I will only book hotels on Ctrip. I paid what is called a membership fee. Later, I communicated with their manager, and the membership fee was refunded to me privately. If I were not a regular hotel guest, I would be easily tricked.
The ten days I stayed there were during the ***** New Year. On New Year's Eve and the first day of the ***** New Year, the hotel did not send any blessings or warm gestures to guests. I don't think this is a problem for lower-level employees. If the management of this hotel loves its employees and knows how to care for its employees, then the hotel will also cherish the arrival of every guest. I believe that this Qianshan Hotel in Vienna does not represent the overall standard of Vienna, but it does detract from the brand. Guest UserThe B&B in the c-place of Qianshan is opposite the Sanzu Temple and Cultural Park. It is near the lake. There is a large library inside. We laugh and call it a good place to catch summer vacation homework. The service of the B&B is very thoughtful. The sunset and silhouette are beautiful by the lake at night. The breakfast is paired with healthy nutrition. The cold French bucket with a cockroach character is very cute, the biggest bug is that the central air conditioner has a musty smell and should be cleaned.

Very friendly old couple who runs the accommodation. If you inform in advance upon your arrival at Tianzhushan entrance area, they will fetch you. I had dinner at the accommodation as well. It was 25 yuan for a big portion of beef fried rice and I was satisfied from the meal. The couple loves to have a little chitchat with you if you are up for it! Lady boss offered side dishes such as their homemade fermented tofu for me to try while her husband offered me 白酒(49% alc. wine) if you are open to trying. Generous and warm couple. Just let the lady boss know what you feel like having for breakfast and she will prepare it for you. The wontons were good, and she very accommodatingly added an egg and some extra leafy vegetable upon my requesy. Room was comfortable and clean, will recommend to stay here!

Guest UserI’ve stay in qianshan and tianzhushan area for 14 days. This is the best place out of all I have lodged. Staying there for 4 days to visit tianzhushan area. The host is a friendly and generous person. Not only that he take care of me, worry for me, he also send me to all the attractions without any charges where transporters will charge you for a hike up. He worried for me overspend although I am able to and he realised in the end. He tried to get me the best price for all the attractions. A very kind and friendly person. The renovation and cleanliness for this place is fabulous. The scenery from the balcony is the best in tianxianxia too. Directly facing tianzhushan. I very recommend this place people. I thank the host for taking care of me.

We checked in quite late, around 1:30 am, and front desk staff was kindly waiting for us. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, taking no more than 2–3 minutes. The room itself was comfortable and carried a very traditional, distinctive vibe, which added to the overall charm of the place.
That said, there were a few small shortcomings: we had booked for four guests, but amenities were only provided for two. The room also lacked a mini fridge/mini bar and basic toiletries like soap. For breakfast, due to our dietary restrictions, we opted for boiled eggs, which worked well since we had brought additional food with us.
Overall, despite these minor issues, it was a pleasant stay with a welcoming atmosphere and kind staff.

I stayed here for two consecutive nights.
The staff were very friendly, warm, and polite. Breakfast maintained the Ji Hotel's principle of being small yet delicious, offering a variety of Chinese and Western breakfast options, including porridge, rice, stir-fries, noodles, milk, soy milk, freshly ground coffee, and freshly cooked specialty soup noodles, mixed noodles, fried eggs, and ham.
I had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed the food. The breakfast I had on the day I climbed Tianzhu Mountain gave me plenty of energy to complete the 18km loop hike between Dongguan and Xiguan.
Thanks to the hotel staff for their attentive service; I'm now a loyal Ji Hotel fan.

Guest UserOur room on the third floor was much larger than pictured, almost like a suite! My child absolutely loved the swing in the room. The balcony was spacious with a beautiful view. The owners were very warm and welcoming. This place is definitely worth recommending, especially since it's conveniently located near the rafting we came for.

Guest UserThe location is very good. It is very close to the scenic spot. The villagers are building their own houses next to it. You need to go to the town to buy things. It takes about seven or eight minutes to walk. The hotel also has restaurants. The proprietress is not bad. Knock the key: the room has no sound insulation, talk downstairs, and the sound of walking at the door can be heard clearly. People who sleep poorly are cautious. Otherwise, it will collapse all night, and everything else is pretty good.

Guest UserThe first time I stayed at the homestay, I was really surprised. The boss was very good at picking up the ropeway, and the boss’s meal was cooked in a large pot stove. It was too fragrant. You close your eyes to ensure that you eat one without sounding. It's so delicious that you will never step on the pit. The pork is very delicious locally, even my wife who doesn't eat much meat eats a lot. And it is very close to the Dalongwo cableway.

At night, take a taxi from Qianshan Station to the B&B (32 kilometers, 50 minutes drive), sleep, and climb the mountain the next morning. It is 100 meters from the south gate to the mountain pass, and it is very convenient to hike up the mountain. The room was very clean, the window was the mountain view, very quiet, and slept very well. The old couple who ran the homestay were very enthusiastic and asked if they had breakfast. Breakfast was mainly local specialties.

Great location, very close to the cable car up the mountain.
The room was very clean, the only downside was the slightly small towels, but nothing else to find fault with.
The food was also great, they both served great dinner (even though we came pretty late) and breakfast when we woke up earlier to go up the mountain.
The service was also very good, the staff were very friendly and helpful and also offered to give us a lift to the cable car in the morning.
Overall a great location, food and service. Can absolutely recommend to people planning to travel up the mountain.
