"We checked in quite late, around 1:30 am, and front desk staff was kindly waiting for us. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, taking no more than 2–3 minutes. The room itself was comfortable and carried a very traditional, distinctive vibe, which added to the overall charm of the place.
That said, there were a few small shortcomings: we had booked for four guests, but amenities were only provided for two. The room also lacked a mini fridge/mini bar and basic toiletries like soap. For breakfast, due to our dietary restrictions, we opted for boiled eggs, which worked well since we had brought additional food with us.
Overall, despite these minor issues, it was a pleasant stay with a welcoming atmosphere and kind staff."

"I wholeheartedly recommend Swan Castle B&B in Tianzhushan! The location is superb, right next to the Tea Plantation Tourist Center, making it incredibly convenient to get around with just a three-to-five-minute walk. Among the many B&Bs in the area, this one truly stands out.
Parking was a breeze for our self-driving trip. We arrived quite late, past 11 PM, but the owner was super helpful, arranging a temporary parking spot for us and kindly informing us that we could use the free P1 parking lot next door the next day. The service was incredibly thoughtful.
Our two-night stay included breakfast for two, and the owner even offered an extra breakfast free of charge, which was a lovely and considerate touch. The B&B's overall environment was clean and tidy, and the comfort level was top-notch. What impressed me most was the excellent water pressure and strong flow in the bathroom – it made for a really comfortable stay.
When we checked out and were heading home, the owner even accompanied us to the parking lot to help with the free parking procedures, showing thoughtfulness in every detail.
The next time I visit Tianzhushan, I will definitely choose this place again! I also sincerely recommend it to friends and family traveling together. The service is attentive, full of thoughtful details, and the stay was absolutely perfect!"

The family has upgraded their property to a really beautiful hotel, but they run it and serve meals. This means you get the best homemade Chinese food. Absolutely fantastic. They have a pool, a hot tub, a gane area, a bar, and of course, you are not far from Tianzhushan. Can't recommend this place enough."

The landlord is warm and thoughtful, and he responds promptly if he has any questions, which makes people feel very intimate. "The location of the homestay is in the scenic area, very close to the Dalongwo cableway. The boss drives her BMW to pick up and drop off, which is convenient for climbing. The single-family building of the homestay, the all-white design is high in value, the facilities are complete, the bath water is very good, the room is large and clean, the sound insulation effect is also good, there is floor heating, air conditioning, and the dog is very comfortable. I have to mention that the boss’s mother’s meal is great. The restaurant can’t make this kind of food. There are people with fireworks. I stayed for two days and ate all the must-orders. The taste is very good. Unfortunately, I didn’t go to Penglai Peak this time. I have a regret. I will stay next time."

The environment has nothing to say, very quiet and green, and you can overlook Tianzhu Mountain. The entrance to the canyon is not far from the entrance of the hotel. The tea village visitor center in Tianzhu Mountain is more than ten minutes walk away. The decoration and environment of the hotel are very good and the atmosphere is full. The owner and staff are also very attentive, and you can also pick up and drop off to the visitor center for free. I will come back for a vacation and relax when I have a chance."

"The receptionist was very welcoming and gave us some information about Tianzhu Mountain. The hotel looked relatively new, even though it had been renovated a few years ago. Parking was convenient for those who drove. However, they did ask us to register at the Tianzhu Mountain checkpoint, but they let us through after we said we were staying at Yunting Hotel. Overall, it was a very pleasant trip."

GGuest UserClimbing Tianzhu Mountain with my kids, the hotel where the high-speed train arrived at Didi at night! The boss will send it to the visitor center the next day! The room decoration is not luxurious but it is very clean, tidy and new! The balcony room I booked had great air in the morning! Breakfast is also delicious. They will ask you what you want to eat the night before. You can choose noodles, porridge, eggs, and steamed buns! Also, the boss’s fermented bean curd is very delicious. When I left, I took the initiative to ask the boss if he sold any. I bought a bottle. If I have a chance, I will choose this restaurant again next time.

GGuest UserI’ve stay in qianshan and tianzhushan area for 14 days. This is the best place out of all I have lodged. Staying there for 4 days to visit tianzhushan area. The host is a friendly and generous person. Not only that he take care of me, worry for me, he also send me to all the attractions without any charges where transporters will charge you for a hike up. He worried for me overspend although I am able to and he realised in the end. He tried to get me the best price for all the attractions. A very kind and friendly person. The renovation and cleanliness for this place is fabulous. The scenery from the balcony is the best in tianxianxia too. Directly facing tianzhushan. I very recommend this place people. I thank the host for taking care of me.

They go out of their way to meet any needs we have, and the location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to get to tourist attractions and shopping districts – a super hassle-free trip! The hotel environment is also exceptionally good; it's clean, tidy, and quiet, providing a super comfortable stay. I highly recommend it! We booked two rooms, and our friends also praised the All Seasons chain brand, showing a very high level of trust in it!

GGuest UserI stopped in Qianshan on my way home and stayed at this hotel, which was excellent. The hotel has a good location, not far from Xuehu Park and 21 kilometers from Tianzhu Mountain. The room had a picture book and a book introducing Qianshan's scenery and history, which taught me a lot. The hotel lobby had a Huangmei Opera backdrop, and the background music was also faintly Huangmei Opera, befitting its reputation as the hometown of Huangmei Opera. Guests have free access to the gym and self-service laundry. We didn't try the gym, but we used the self-service laundry, which was very convenient. The laundry room was fully equipped with laundry detergent, fabric softener, laundry bags, and hangers. They even gave us fruit upon check-in, including some that looked like mini apples, probably a local specialty. The staff also handwrote a service card, which was very thoughtful. The breakfast selection was also extensive, with both Chinese and Western options, and they even had baijiu (Chinese liquor)! In short, this hotel is excellent value for money. If I have the opportunity to travel to Qianshan again, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

GGuest UserThe location is very good. It is very close to the scenic spot. The villagers are building their own houses next to it. You need to go to the town to buy things. It takes about seven or eight minutes to walk. The hotel also has restaurants. The proprietress is not bad. Knock the key: the room has no sound insulation, talk downstairs, and the sound of walking at the door can be heard clearly. People who sleep poorly are cautious. Otherwise, it will collapse all night, and everything else is pretty good.

GGuest UserA nice little hotel near the Dalongwo Cableway. The rooms were clean, had all of the accessories (e.g. toothbrush, shower gel, hairdryer, etc.). The towels were tiny, but that’s the least thing you worry about in the mountains. The air conditioning was alright though it spontaneously turned off during the night, but the temperature was bearable with the windows open.
The hosts were the most hospitable people ever, they waited for our late arrival, cooked dinner, early breakfast (tasty homemade dishes for a reasonable price of a such a touristy place), and even gave us a ride to the cableway.
Perfect for a night before the ascend to Tianzhu!
