"This newly opened luxury hotel is located east of Jinshihu Park, offering stunning lake and city views from its rooms. It's also adjacent to the Wangu Pujiang Heart Shopping Mall, making dining, shopping, and parking very convenient. Upon check-in, Mr. Ma, the receptionist, thoughtfully arranged the appropriate floor and room location, and even provided fruit. His team also provided a smooth and efficient service experience – a big thumbs up! 👍 The children thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's restaurants and swimming pool. I didn't have time to visit the executive lounge, so I can't comment on it yet; I'll give the facilities half a star for now and add more later after I visit."

"I booked this hotel for a business trip to Pujiang, and overall, it was quite good. There were no strange odors in the room, which is something I'm particular about. I believe a good night's rest is most important when staying at a hotel, and hygiene is key. The front desk staff were also very efficient and polite; perhaps it's because people in the Jiangsu-Zhejiang region tend to have softer accents. Parking was also convenient, no need to search for a spot. I usually don't write reviews, but I truly had a pleasant experience. I hope it remains this way for my next visit."

"First off, a big shout-out to the housekeeper on the 8th floor and Iris from the guest services center. Both were incredibly professional. When the 'do not disturb' sign was on, they thoughtfully chose to call the room instead of knocking. Secondly, the hotel breakfast was delicious and the hygiene was excellent, maintaining the consistent high standards of the Marriott group."

"This hotel is integrated with Marriott, making it very luxurious and suitable for both families with children and business travelers. As soon as you get out of the car, someone comes to help with luggage. Once, a ride-hailing driver mistakenly stopped at the Marriott entrance, and the bell staff immediately ran over to direct the car to our hotel without us having to call them. When we were calling a car to leave the hotel, the bell staff always stood by, and as soon as they saw us move, they would immediately come to help with our luggage. The room is spacious, and the bathtub maximizes comfort. The welcome fruit was grapes, and they tasted great. The pool and gym are also very professional. There's also a children's activity center at the entrance, which is quite large and offers a good variety of activities. The coffee and pastries at the lobby bar are good. Deliveries can be left in the lobby but are not allowed upstairs. Breakfast was mediocre; we went at 8:30 AM, and many dishes were empty, with slow replenishment. The Chinese restaurant had decent service and good food, but the staff weren't very familiar with the discount rules. The toiletries looked quite high-end, but the scent wasn't to my liking."

"The hotel is located in an area mostly industrial, and since it's newly renovated, the facilities and environment are quite good. There are many room types to choose from. We encountered a minor issue with the room, but the staff promptly upgraded us and changed our room. The service was excellent. Because it's newly renovated, some facilities could be improved, and we provided feedback. The hotel has channels for collecting customer feedback, which is great. The whole room is smart, but I suddenly couldn't use some of it [smiley face]. The only downside was the soundproofing; even after midnight, it was still quite noisy with people walking around upstairs. Overall, the experience was good, and the free showers and swimming pool were a nice touch."

"The hotel hardware facilities are surprising, the equipment in the room is intact, the air conditioning is soft, and the shower water pressure is sufficient. Small items are all available, and the furniture and appliances are clean and wear-free. The facilities are new and well maintained, and the overall living experience is very comfortable and worth coming again."

"It was unexpectedly good. I am a mysophobic person. It was my first time to come to Pujiang for a business trip. I made a reservation when I saw that it was newly opened this year. I was really pleasantly surprised. First of all, the service attitude is very warm, and there is free self-service hand-ground coffee at the front desk. Secondly, the room was very clean, including every corner. The environment is also very good, with complete facilities. The room is large, the bedding is very comfortable, hot water comes out as soon as it is turned on, and the bathroom is separated from wet and dry. The breakfast is also good and has everything you need. It’s really warm. I will definitely choose this store when I go on a business trip in the future."

Here’s a breakdown of our stay: **Location: 浦江仙华檀宫国际度假酒店 **Check-In Experience:**   We arrived at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us warmly and provided all the necessary information about our stay. However, the English was limited, but at least it was smooth and no hassles.   **Room Comfort:**   Our room was spacious and well-appointed. We appreciated the comfortable king sized bed, view, huge bathtub, cleanliness, and spaciousness. However, as a coffee lover, there was only one serving of coffee, so when we woke up the next morning I was quite upset that only myself was able to enjoy an early morning coffee. Nevertheless, it was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. **Facilities:**   The hotel offered various facilities that enhanced our stay. We particularly enjoyed facilities like a fitness center, indoor pool, hot springs, table tennis and the pool table. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a mix of local and international cuisine. **Service:**   The staff was exceptional. They were always available and eager to assist with any requests. Their friendly approach made our stay even more pleasant. The front desk manager Kang was super friendly and arranged for the coffee bar to open earlier the day we checked out. **Room for Improvement:**   While our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of areas for improvement. We traveled with our 7 month old daughter and the noise and maintenance were quite unpleasant. However, these didn’t detract significantly from our enjoyment. **Final Thoughts:**   This international hotel is just a few minutes' drive from the city, offering a serene escape with a beautiful exterior. Guests are welcomed by a picturesque fish pond, vibrant gardens, playful rabbits, and a designated play area for kids, making it an ideal family-friendly destination.  In addition to comfortable accommodations and expected amenities, the hotel provides a relaxing environment for guests of all ages. Would we return? Absolutely!"

"The service is still warm. Although the hotel is relatively new, the building should be quite old. The main biggest dissatisfaction is two points. One is a health problem. Both pillows have dirty places. This is very unacceptable. Then the mouthwash cup mouth is obviously dirty. It is wiped off and there is no cleaning. Dropped, and both cups are available, you can imagine how sloppy this cleaning is. The sofa also has oil stained wipes that can be wiped off. The second biggest problem is the sound insulation of the sewer. The sound of the water upstairs is loud. Some other details such as no conditioner, and the bath water is small. As a chain hotel, it’s a bit pully."
