"Everything about this hotel is perfect for me from the front desk to the room and breakfast. Front desk staff are all very knowledgeable and warm with big welcome smile. The room is tastefully designed and the bed is super comfortable. My sleep has been of quality every night. The heating temperature for the room I stayed is the best ever as none during my trip gives the right warm without being stuffy. I didn’t even need to open the window to calibrate to the temperature ideal for me. When it is tuned to 24 it means 24 legit!!!! Lovely!"

"This newly opened luxury hotel is located east of Jinshihu Park, offering stunning lake and city views from its rooms. It's also adjacent to the Wangu Pujiang Heart Shopping Mall, making dining, shopping, and parking very convenient. Upon check-in, Mr. Ma, the receptionist, thoughtfully arranged the appropriate floor and room location, and even provided fruit. His team also provided a smooth and efficient service experience – a big thumbs up! 👍 The children thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's restaurants and swimming pool. I didn't have time to visit the executive lounge, so I can't comment on it yet; I'll give the facilities half a star for now and add more later after I visit."

Here’s a breakdown of our stay: **Location: 浦江仙华檀宫国际度假酒店 **Check-In Experience:**   We arrived at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us warmly and provided all the necessary information about our stay. However, the English was limited, but at least it was smooth and no hassles.   **Room Comfort:**   Our room was spacious and well-appointed. We appreciated the comfortable king sized bed, view, huge bathtub, cleanliness, and spaciousness. However, as a coffee lover, there was only one serving of coffee, so when we woke up the next morning I was quite upset that only myself was able to enjoy an early morning coffee. Nevertheless, it was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. **Facilities:**   The hotel offered various facilities that enhanced our stay. We particularly enjoyed facilities like a fitness center, indoor pool, hot springs, table tennis and the pool table. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a mix of local and international cuisine. **Service:**   The staff was exceptional. They were always available and eager to assist with any requests. Their friendly approach made our stay even more pleasant. The front desk manager Kang was super friendly and arranged for the coffee bar to open earlier the day we checked out. **Room for Improvement:**   While our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of areas for improvement. We traveled with our 7 month old daughter and the noise and maintenance were quite unpleasant. However, these didn’t detract significantly from our enjoyment. **Final Thoughts:**   This international hotel is just a few minutes' drive from the city, offering a serene escape with a beautiful exterior. Guests are welcomed by a picturesque fish pond, vibrant gardens, playful rabbits, and a designated play area for kids, making it an ideal family-friendly destination.  In addition to comfortable accommodations and expected amenities, the hotel provides a relaxing environment for guests of all ages. Would we return? Absolutely!"

"A very cost-effective business hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The underground parking lot is very convenient and free of charge. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, so you don't have to walk far to eat. Stayed for 3 days and received a fruit plate every day. If you order takeout, it will be delivered directly to your room by a small robot, which is very cute."

"The hotel is located in an area mostly industrial, and since it's newly renovated, the facilities and environment are quite good. There are many room types to choose from. We encountered a minor issue with the room, but the staff promptly upgraded us and changed our room. The service was excellent. Because it's newly renovated, some facilities could be improved, and we provided feedback. The hotel has channels for collecting customer feedback, which is great. The whole room is smart, but I suddenly couldn't use some of it [smiley face]. The only downside was the soundproofing; even after midnight, it was still quite noisy with people walking around upstairs. Overall, the experience was good, and the free showers and swimming pool were a nice touch."

"Having long heard of the beauty of Yemaling, I finally made it to my destination, and the moment I stepped inside, I understood the meaning of ”reluctant to leave.” Nestled among the mountains of Pujiang, this ancient village has been steeped in 600 years of history. Restored to its original state, the rammed-earth houses, cobblestone paths, ancient trees, and babbling brooks create a picturesque scene. Every step reveals a scene imbued with the aesthetics of Eastern wabi-sabi. The tranquility is so profound you can almost hear the wind whispering among the leaves, a truly healing experience. The service was impeccable, especially the attentive Xiao Guo, who provided comprehensive assistance from check-in and itinerary suggestions to restaurant ingredient introductions. Her meticulous yet unobtrusive approach, gentle and polite, felt like the warmth of family. The dining is prepared by a professional team, using ingredients sourced fresh and authentic from the mountains and fields. From fermented rice wine buns to wild vegetables and local stream delicacies, every bite was a taste of nature. Enjoying the mountain views while eating was pure bliss. Listening to the wind, gazing at the mountains, savoring fresh food, and finding peace here—this is the perfect vacation. This trip was perfect; I'll never forget it and will definitely return."

"I was very satisfied! The room was spacious and offered excellent value for money. The breakfast was also plentiful, and they even provided complimentary late-night snacks like shredded chicken and vermicelli soup, along with fruit. They have a laundry room and a gym, too. Facilities: Great."
