"We stayed at Yunshuijian Longxing Courtyard in Pengzhou for ten days while visiting family in the area, and overall we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel has a particularly attractive setting right next to Longxing Temple and is very centrally located. Rather than being one large hotel building, the property consists of several smaller one- and two-storey buildings arranged around the grounds, which gives it a lot of character and a relaxed atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and nicely designed. We had booked three rooms, and after a few days all three were upgraded free of charge to significantly larger and more comfortable rooms. This was a very nice gesture and something we genuinely appreciated. There are, however, a few areas where improvements would make the experience even better. The main issue was the air conditioning. In practically all of our rooms, the temperature control did not work properly. The air conditioning cooled the rooms effectively, but did not stop once the selected temperature had been reached. As a result, room temperatures sometimes dropped to around 19°C, and the only practical way to regulate this was to switch the air conditioning on and off manually. Breakfast was included in the room rate and is very much focused on Chinese tastes, with noodle soup, eggs and various warm dishes. Western options are essentially limited to toast and jam, so international guests should set their expectations accordingly. Overall, we found the breakfast average in terms of both selection and quality, although perfectly adequate for a predominantly Chinese-style breakfast. Unfortunately, our last evening was affected by a more serious issue. Following very heavy rain, a considerable amount of water entered our daughter’s room, leaving part of the bed wet. The hotel staff reacted quickly and provided another room, which we appreciated, but naturally this was not the ideal way to end an otherwise enjoyable ten-day stay. Apart from this, we enjoyed our time at Yunshuijian Longxing Courtyard very much. Its central location is a real advantage, with plenty of restaurants, shops and cafés within easy walking distance. We did not try any other food at the hotel apart from breakfast. Overall, the beautiful setting, the unusual courtyard-style layout, the comfortable upgraded rooms and the convenient location made this a very pleasant place to stay in Pengzhou. With some attention to the air-conditioning controls and the water ingress issue, it could be an even better hotel."

"The lobby is inviting from the moment you enter. The decor is simple yet elegant, with soft, non-glaring lighting and a subtle, pleasant fragrance. The public areas are clean, quiet, and orderly, free of noise. The carpeted corridors ensure quiet footsteps and excellent privacy and comfort. The rooms are bright, well-ventilated, and offer expansive views. The overall atmosphere is warm and refined, instantly relaxing you. The rooms are spacious and well-laid out, with impeccable cleanliness: tabletops, corners, and windowsills are spotless; bedding is white, smooth, and odor-free; the bathroom is dry and free of watermarks; and toiletries are neatly arranged. The mattresses are perfectly firm and supportive, instantly relieving fatigue and ensuring a restful night's sleep. The facilities are comprehensive and functional: the air conditioning provides stable temperature control and low noise; hot water is readily available and has ample pressure; the bathroom features a separate wet and dry area for hygiene; many rooms also have smart controls, allowing for one-touch operation of lights and curtains – convenient and stylish. The hotel also offers a free gym and laundry room with new, well-maintained equipment, making it convenient for long-term travelers. I am very satisfied with Xiao Ye's warm and thoughtful service."

"I stayed at the Yuanhe Hotel in Pengzhou, and it was quite good. I booked the parent-child room. The room was relatively spacious. The front desk ladies and the cleaning aunties were all very kind; they would come quickly if you called them, making the stay very worry-free. I absolutely loved the Chinese teahouse on the third floor. It's full of Chinese aesthetics, perfect for taking photos and checking in. There are so many unique elements, making it ideal for a photography enthusiast like me. It's also very quiet and comfortable for a peaceful tea session, and any casual photo you take there looks great. The café on the tenth floor is very comfortable, and its outdoor balcony is the sunset bar. Waiting for the sunset in the evening and taking photos there is absolutely stunning. There's also a laundry room and a gym nearby. Many people asked about it when I posted it on my WeChat Moments, haha."

"The stay experience during this May Day solo trip was perfect! From the warm and friendly reception of the front desk staff to the special souvenirs I unexpectedly received when checking in, every detail was full of surprises. During the stay, the hotel thoughtfully sent local ice powder, which is essential for cooling off. The cool and sweet taste instantly dispels the fatigue of the journey. What surprised me most was the washing machine and dryer equipped in the public area. The cleaning aunt carefully maintained it every day. The clean and new equipment allowed me to change into fresh clothes at any time even though I was away for a long time. What's more touching is that the hotel also set up a special area to help the disabled sell handmade products. This care and support for the vulnerable groups not only made me feel full of warmth, but also made me feel the social responsibility and responsibility of the hotel. "I brought my mom and child on a trip this time and booked Yuanhe Yinsi, which is conveniently located. I truly found a hidden gem and have to rave about it! First, the location is excellent! It's just a few minutes from Shuijie (Water Street). After strolling through Shuijie and Longxing Temple in the evening, it's incredibly convenient to walk back to the hotel. If you don't feel like walking, you can call the hotel's shuttle for pick-up and drop-off, and it arrives in just a few minutes. This hotel is the only one whose shuttle can access the entire Shuijie, which is really great, especially since my elderly mother has some trouble with her legs – this was an added bonus. Moreover, the courtyard is exceptionally comfortable, with lots of greenery and a peaceful atmosphere. You can't hear any of the street noise. We were upgraded to a private hot spring room on the day we arrived, and my child was overjoyed. The room was incredibly spacious, and the mattress firmness was just right; even for someone like me who has trouble sleeping in new beds, I slept soundly until morning. The smart home system was also very easy to use, and the toiletries felt high-quality. The attention to detail was impressive. What truly impressed me was that breakfast was served until 1 PM! For a night owl like me, this was incredibly convenient. The freshly cooked noodles were absolutely delicious. If you get hungry at night, there are also late-night snacks like small noodles and wontons, which are wonderfully warming. The staff were friendly and responsive to requests. I feel like I would choose this place again next time."

"Full score experience! Pengzhou Starway Hotel really exceeded expectations. The lobby design is high-end, the room is spacious, the floor-to-ceiling windows have a great view, and the wet and dry separation bathroom + smart toilet is clean and safe. The service is particularly warm, the front desk takes the initiative to help upgrade the room type, the robot is efficient in delivery, and there are hot drinks in the tea area at any time. "Every time I live in the whole season, I feel at ease. The Zen tea in the lobby is fragrant and relaxing. The room has good lighting, no dead ends, and the Jin Keer mattress sleeps super fragrantly.
