"This was my second stay in Guizhou. The first time was a very good experience, but this time the hotel happened to be hosting a large group of middle-aged and elderly tourists. We arrived around 4 or 5 pm, and the other room we'd booked hadn't been cleaned yet. There was a no-smoking sign in the lobby, but people were still smoking and no one was paying attention. Perhaps due to the large number of people staying, the water flow was significantly reduced during peak hours, and the shower head in the shower room wasn't adjusted for some reason and wouldn't rotate to its normal position. After check-in, each room was given small cookies and honey plums. The breakfast was very rich, and the terrace where we had breakfast was planted with hydrangeas and succulents, which was also very beautiful. Overall, I was quite satisfied."

The service was excellent, and the peaches delivered to the room were delicious. I asked the housekeeper if I could pay for some, and they immediately filled a plate for me, free of charge. We stayed two nights, and they thoughtfully asked what we'd like for a late-night snack. So, we had Tremella soup and glutinous rice balls. We planned to go snorkeling, but ended up spending half a day exploring almost all the beautiful spots. They even took me to Little Altay! I came to Panzhou to escape the summer and chose this Vienna East Lake Park store. The experience of staying directly exceeded expectations! The location is too good. You can visit Donghu Park and see the day and night view of Donghu Bridge when you go out. In the evening, you can take a walk and blow the evening style. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and sleeps well, the air conditioning is strong, and the summer heat is not stuffy at all. The front desk service is polite and efficient, the check-in and check-out are neat, the public area is clean and bright, and the toiletries are complete. Location:
The hotel is conveniently located not far from the entrance of Wumeng Prairie, though it’s a bit farther from the exit. I’d recommend staying here the night before entering Wumeng Prairie. The area feels quite remote, as it’s in a small town, which gives it a peaceful atmosphere.
Food:
They serve a delicious breakfast, all cooked by the hotel owner couple themselves. You can even order lunch and dinner from them. I especially loved their eggplant dish!
Service:
The service was excellent. There’s no elevator since the hotel only has a few floors, but a strong young lady helped carry our luggage up to the room, which was much appreciated. When we had a car issue, the hotel owner kindly came to help us figure it out. The kindness from the Guizhou people has been a highlight of our trip.
Room:
We loved our room—it had a cozy couch and a separate sleeping area. There was no air conditioning, but it wasn’t needed as the weather inside was cool and comfortable.

The pillows are very comfortable, and the wet and dry areas are separated. The toilet and shower are also separate, and there are two washbasins, which is very convenient for friends to go about their own business in the morning. Although the service is not as good as the standardized management of a formal hotel, the staff is very good. The guy at the front desk helped with the luggage, asked for directions, and even took us directly to the canteen. 特意訂了後山景觀房，其實就是房子後面不到30米的位置有座小山；到的時候因為之前的客人退房晚了，衞生還沒打掃乾淨就等了十多分鐘。上樓看地下還有頭髮；晚上開燈發現頂燈不亮，無線網也連不上，前台叫人去看了，説燈修不好叫我們將就了，説會給老闆講網絡的事，可是一直也沒人去過問。沐浴花灑也是漏水的。總之體驗感不好。
