"Although the facilities are old and dusty, the front desk service on the first floor is speechless. Each room has a card. We left the card of one room in the room when we went out and hoped that the staff would help us open the door. The front desk asked who was staying in our room. All three rooms were reserved by me. I subconsciously said my name, and they told us that it was wrong and that we needed to know the name of the person staying in the room. I said the names of other families, and they told me that it was wrong. I said the surnames of the people staying in the three rooms were different, and they told me that I had to say the correct name.
