I originally planned to contact Ctrip customer service, but since I climbed Mount Taishan at night, I just came down. After a while, I was eager to rest, so I didn’t care anymore. 2. No matter what room it is, I booked the cheapest one among all the room types. It doesn’t just have a table and stools and nothing else. I can’t even put my food and luggage in it. They have to put them on the floor or on the bed. The carpet is extremely dirty. Incomparable. 3. There was a big surprise under the bedside table. I picked up the bottle cap and found a black thing. It turned out to be black stockings. They were probably from 1982. It has been a long, long time. You guys cleaned the room very carefully. I will change rooms this night. I guess. They won't change it for me. Who told me to book a cheap room? 4. The hotel can also host wedding receptions. At four or five in the morning, the wedding ceremony starts. The room has almost no soundproofing and is extremely noisy. You can't get married when the front desk arranges it. People stay in the same room, and guests staying in the hotel stay a little further away, but they don’t care anyway. 5. Ctrip shows that the hotel has four stars. I don’t know whether it is true or false. The management of service facilities is far from up to standard, and it feels like the hotel is bullying guests."
