"The hotel is very luxurious and has good attention to detail. Although the room we were in had an amazing view and luxurious feel, some dirt and stains and a few cracks in the furniture takes away the full 5 star wow factor, although it is a great room. Also the hairdryer is very very old and overheats within minutes, you need to pull it out, wait, then try again. Also the AC is not stable, at times we needed to turn it down as low as 10 to actually feel cool as the room is very hot and humid. The staff in general were very warm and accommodating and provided extra water for the room when we called them. However as we wanted to have a little rest in the morning we called to ask if the cleaner could come asap to only change trash and stock up the toilet roll etc, we were informed that there was only one cleaning lady and would need to wait. I find this quite questionable for a hotel that big. The breakfast buffet is good with lots of choice. Pastries, cakes, local specialties, western dishes a plenty. However the coffee machine is weak and only provides espresso and americano, the hotel should upgrade the machine to accommodate those with tastes like lattes and cappuccinos as this is the norm in even 4 star hotels. The robot butler is a great touch.The location is actually very very good. Shopping malls and restaurants are very very close. Overall I would stay here again but the price needs to match the interior."

The room I stayed in was just the right size, and the bathroom was separated into wet and dry areas. The hygiene was good, the linens were clean and comfortable, the service was standard, and the service was enthusiastic. The breakfast was very good. The environment was first-class, and it was in Beihu Park. The hotel was opposite the commercial square, and the location in the city center was very convenient. It is recommended that guests who come to Nanchong choose this hotel first. There are plenty of self-driving spaces in Nanchong, and you can take the train or the plane. I took two photos of Beihu Park from the window sill of the room."

"We had a lovely time staying at Galaxy Tianfu hotel. The night view from our room was spectacular. The breakfast was also very good value and delicious. The staff at the hotel did not speak much English but were very attentive. There was a robot butler in the lobby but unfortunately we couldn't figure out how to use it. Taxis from the hotel to anywhere in the city were quick and very cheap. The hotel gave us late check out and looked after our bags. The gym was excellent and the massage in the spa downstairs was great value."

The room is simple yet stylish, the bed is just right (not too soft, not too firm), the toiletries are of good quality, housekeeping is meticulous, and the staff are warm and polite."

"My stay at Starway Hotel this time was absolutely perfect! The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free. The bedding was super comfortable, and the shower water pressure was fantastic. The breakfast had a wide variety and tasted delicious, and the Wi-Fi was very stable. The location is super convenient with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. "I did not have any expectation for this hotel because it was my first time visiting Nanchong. But my experience at this hotel turned out to be very outstanding. Even though the room permitted smoking, there was no cigarette smoke at all as they cleaned up the room very well. The room was spacious and sparkling clean. The staff was also very polite and helpful. Well worth the money also. Highly recommended!"
