"Service: From the moment we walked in, a greeter helped us with our luggage and guided us through check-in, even offering plum juice – a fantastic first impression. We could also request staff to disinfect our private hot spring tub, which was done very quickly. At the public hot springs, staff would bring fruit plates and other amenities, so the service was quite good.
Facilities: Both the private and public hot spring facilities were good. The kids' play area, arcade, and cinema were also nice, catering to all ages. The only minor issue was that the shower water pressure in the fifth-floor room was a bit low.
Restaurant: The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of dishes and pastries. The Qishan Saozi noodles were particularly authentic and delicious. There was also a chocolate fountain, which the kids loved.
Overall experience was quite good, and my kids were very happy – they even enthusiastically wrote a five-star review!"

"The first time I stayed at Ailan Hotel, the experience far exceeded expectations! The front desk lady smiled very warmly, and the quick check-in also upgraded the room type intimately.
The design of the room is long in my aesthetics simple and stylish, and the city view outside the floor-to-ceiling windows is beautiful. The bedding is soft as if sleeping in a cloud, the sound insulation effect is very good, and I sleep peacefully until dawn. The details are everywhere: smart curtains, brand bathrooms, free drinks in the minibar have won my heart.
The breakfast is rich in variety, and the freshly cooked local specialties make me remember. When I left the store, I also presented a custom postcard, so gentle hospitality is really rare.

"Every time I go back to my hometown, I basically stay at his house, mainly because I bring my children. The standard room is a 1.3-meter bed with spacious sleeping space. The environment is very quiet. The room decoration is very simple and original. The bedding is clean and hygienic, and the pillows are very comfortable. The breakfast is not big but it tastes good. The sauerkraut noodles are delicious. I got up in the morning and ran a few kilometers at the foot of the mountain. It was so comfortable."

4303The room was spotless, and the balcony had a good-sized hot tub. It was too hot to go out, so this place was perfect for a family vacation with kids – lots of activities without needing to leave the hotel. The restaurant was excellent. Breakfast ran until 10:30 AM, and for lunch, they brought out various noodles; I had three bowls of Saorou noodles in one day! We booked one dinner, and you could tell the kitchen put a lot of effort in. With more than two types of curry, I couldn't resist and ate three bowls of rice, completely forgetting about the seafood! Our butler, Xiao Zhao, provided great service. She also took care of all sorts of small animals. If it hadn't been so hot, I don't think the kids would have wanted to go home – the lambs were adorable!

Not long after the order was placed, the housekeeper took the initiative to contact us and confirmed the arrival time. He said that he would pick up at the door. He didn't have to go to the front desk to queue up. He took us directly into the villa to check in. For families with elderly children, this really saved a lot of trouble. Before moving in, I also sent a special location and surrounding guide. Even a super fun parent-child deer park nearby was marked out for us. The children had a great time and didn't have to bother to find a place.
The most satisfying thing for the whole family is the private hot spring in the room! The pool was clean and private. The housekeeper also prepared a rose petal bath bag. After the soaking, my parents said that they were all loose, and the day's running and tiredness were scattered. The spare parts in the room are also very comprehensive, disposable bath towels, laundry detergent, mosquito repellent water are all prepared, as well as fresh fruits and snacks, the details are all carefully.
The room is warm and clean, and the facilities are very good. If you need to add a quilt, the housekeeper will immediately arrange for the cleaning sister to send it to the room. The greening of the entire villa area is particularly good, the eyes are full of lush, and the living is particularly comfortable.

The health deduction is because I hope the store will make persistent efforts to make all aspects of the dead corners of the house better. For the facilities, the store does not have its own yard, and the parking lot can be on both sides of the road at the door, which is slightly insufficient.
The private soup room I ordered, the balcony private soup, is still quite cool. Unlimited time and water volume. From Taibai Mountain, the disabled body runs in the warm private soup. It is indeed a word, cool!
Breakfast is in another building, not far from the past for a minute, the variety is slightly simpler, there is no freshly cooked variety.
If you are in a location, it takes about ten minutes to walk to the Taibai Mountain Visitor Center. It is not cost-effective to drive. Parking there is 20 a day.
The little girl in the store was very gentle and took the initiative to tell us the weather forecast on the mountain and the forecast of the operation of the ropeway that day, which was in place.

The hot spring area is super complete, there are both constant temperature health soup pool, Chinese medicine pool to relieve fatigue, there is also a net red bubble pool suitable for punching in, the water temperature is just right, the whole body is warm after soaking, the skin is moist, there is hot water and clean towels at any time, the details are full. The surrounding area of Tangchi is densely green, private online, soaking in the hot springs to listen to the sound of water, the atmosphere is directly full, there is no sense of crowding at all.
