"Service: From the moment we walked in, a greeter helped us with our luggage and guided us through check-in, even offering plum juice – a fantastic first impression. We could also request staff to disinfect our private hot spring tub, which was done very quickly. At the public hot springs, staff would bring fruit plates and other amenities, so the service was quite good.
Facilities: Both the private and public hot spring facilities were good. The kids' play area, arcade, and cinema were also nice, catering to all ages. The only minor issue was that the shower water pressure in the fifth-floor room was a bit low.
Restaurant: The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of dishes and pastries. The Qishan Saozi noodles were particularly authentic and delicious. There was also a chocolate fountain, which the kids loved.
Overall experience was quite good, and my kids were very happy – they even enthusiastically wrote a five-star review!"

"This is a highly recommended treasure homestay, right next to Yulong Bay, with convenient and free parking. The front desk lady was friendly and responsive, offering many recommendations for local sightseeing and dining options at reasonable prices. The hotel also offers many free amenities, which is quite reliable. Breakfast is a buffet, and the sauerkraut noodles are a specialty. "The first time I stayed at Ailan Hotel, the experience far exceeded expectations! The front desk lady smiled very warmly, and the quick check-in also upgraded the room type intimately.
The design of the room is long in my aesthetics simple and stylish, and the city view outside the floor-to-ceiling windows is beautiful. The bedding is soft as if sleeping in a cloud, the sound insulation effect is very good, and I sleep peacefully until dawn. The details are everywhere: smart curtains, brand bathrooms, free drinks in the minibar have won my heart.
The breakfast is rich in variety, and the freshly cooked local specialties make me remember. When I left the store, I also presented a custom postcard, so gentle hospitality is really rare.

"Bringing my child to Mount Taibai this time, choosing the Furongge Yunlan Hotel was absolutely the right decision – our experience was fantastic! 👍 We had a dedicated butler looking after us throughout our stay, from pre-arrival communication before we even left home to final check-out. The service was incredibly thoughtful. Before we set off, the butler proactively asked for our arrival time, made sure the room's air conditioning was on, and even arranged a welcome fruit platter. Once we checked in, no matter what we needed, they responded instantly to our messages. The attention to detail was exceptional.
I must commend the hotel's complimentary photography service! The grounds are full of beautiful photo spots. The photographer was excellent at engaging with children, capturing really natural shots that looked great even without editing. We got so many heartwarming parent-child photos. There's also a gentle dog named Zhouzhou at the hotel, which my child absolutely adored. They spent the entire day chasing the dog around, which was a lovely, unexpected surprise for our holiday. In the evening, there's an atmospheric 'nightfall ceremony,' and the complimentary sweet tremella (snow fungus) porridge was a delightful bedtime treat.
The buffet restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes, and the taste was great. The heated swimming pool had clean water, and my child didn't want to leave! The room was spotless, and the bedding was super soft, making for a very comfortable rest. When we left, we even received a parting gift from the hotel. The butler was meticulous throughout our stay and even messaged us after we left to ensure we arrived home safely.
This hotel is perfect whether you're bringing kids or specifically coming for a photo-op. 👍 I'll definitely be staying here again next time I visit Mount Taibai!"

"The room was spotless, and the balcony had a good-sized hot tub. It was too hot to go out, so this place was perfect for a family vacation with kids – lots of activities without needing to leave the hotel. The restaurant was excellent. Breakfast ran until 10:30 AM, and for lunch, they brought out various noodles; I had three bowls of Saorou noodles in one day! We booked one dinner, and you could tell the kitchen put a lot of effort in. With more than two types of curry, I couldn't resist and ate three bowls of rice, completely forgetting about the seafood! Our butler, Xiao Zhao, provided great service. She also took care of all sorts of small animals. If it hadn't been so hot, I don't think the kids would have wanted to go home – the lambs were adorable!"

As soon as I booked the room, I received a call from the housekeeper, who recorded my itinerary and various requirements in detail and made all arrangements. The hotel is all-inclusive, which is very comfortable. The details of the room are perfect, children and elders all have what they need, and they have a great time playing! Before leaving, the person in charge patiently asked for our opinions and suggestions. Anyway, I will definitely come here often in the future!

Guest UserAlthough the hotel is small, the rooms are very clean and spacious. The showers were hot and comfortable. The fifth-floor rooftop offers a breathtaking view of the tranquil Taibai Mountain. We requested a special breakfast, and the hostess made it a point to prepare three light side dishes for breakfast, which was very thoughtful. When we were leaving, we couldn't find a car, but the host immediately arranged a taxi for us, allowing us to arrive at Yangling South High-Speed Railway Station earlier. We were very grateful!

Wobuzhidaozenmexingrongwodexinqing跟朋友一塊兒出來玩兒 ，在手機上對比了很久，最後選擇住這家店 ，讓我感到意外的是，下了單，過了一會兒 就有 他們管家人員聯繫我，問詢我的到店時間 ，説是他們會在門口等我們 ，不用在前台辦理 ，直接接引我們到別墅房子 辦理入住 錄入證件就好 ，這點感覺方便我們，管家入住前專門給我發了一段 酒店定位，周邊遊玩好吃的攻略，很方便我這種懶人，他們房屋內還送的一些玫瑰花瓣泡澡包 ，還有小零食，新鮮的水果，還有一次性的浴巾毛巾，連洗衣液，驅蚊水都備着的，太暖心了🥰備的東西有很多 但好多我們都沒來得及使用 ，房間收拾的温馨又乾淨，整體設施完好 如果額外需要什麼被子的話，管家會讓本地的保潔大姐送到房間裏面來，整個別墅區綠化做的特別好，眼睛有福了，房子如圖 給大家一個參考

Guest UserWow! This hotel is absolutely beautiful. As soon as I arrived, I felt like I was in a natural oxygen bar; the air was so fresh and refreshing. Upon entering the lobby, the front desk staff warmly asked about our needs and preferences, and a kind porter helped us with our luggage to the room. The guest room was spacious and bright, with excellent natural light, well-equipped facilities, and was spotlessly clean. I was very satisfied. [Strong] The hot spring was also very clean, and the service was excellent. They even filled the bath right in front of us, which made me feel even more at ease. It was a very satisfying stay, and I'll definitely be back!

The room is a bit small and the facilities are old but fortunately in the main building, you can eat downstairs. The dinner package is cost-effective. Change clothes in the room on the second floor and put on the bathrobe in the room, you can go directly downstairs to the hot spring. The hot spring pool is too small, suitable for children to play in the water, three or four adults can't swim. The hot springs are mainly to see the pool, and the pool is more crowded. Especially like the big pool, the ice hot spring and Wuxing spring also have characteristics. The hot spring bath is cost-effective.
