"The room was spotless, and the balcony had a good-sized hot tub. It was too hot to go out, so this place was perfect for a family vacation with kids – lots of activities without needing to leave the hotel. The restaurant was excellent. Breakfast ran until 10:30 AM, and for lunch, they brought out various noodles; I had three bowls of Saorou noodles in one day! We booked one dinner, and you could tell the kitchen put a lot of effort in. With more than two types of curry, I couldn't resist and ate three bowls of rice, completely forgetting about the seafood! Our butler, Xiao Zhao, provided great service. She also took care of all sorts of small animals. If it hadn't been so hot, I don't think the kids would have wanted to go home – the lambs were adorable!"

There's a barbecue grill and a hot spring bath, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The location isn't far from the scenic area, just a 10-minute drive, and supermarkets are conveniently located nearby. "Wow! This hotel is absolutely beautiful. As soon as I arrived, I felt like I was in a natural oxygen bar; the air was so fresh and refreshing. Upon entering the lobby, the front desk staff warmly asked about our needs and preferences, and a kind porter helped us with our luggage to the room. The guest room was spacious and bright, with excellent natural light, well-equipped facilities, and was spotlessly clean. I was very satisfied. [Strong] The hot spring was also very clean, and the service was excellent. They even filled the bath right in front of us, which made me feel even more at ease. "This is a highly recommended treasure homestay, right next to Yulong Bay, with convenient and free parking. The front desk lady was friendly and responsive, offering many recommendations for local sightseeing and dining options at reasonable prices. "The first time I stayed at Ailan Hotel, the experience far exceeded expectations! The front desk lady smiled very warmly, and the quick check-in also upgraded the room type intimately.
The design of the room is long in my aesthetics simple and stylish, and the city view outside the floor-to-ceiling windows is beautiful. The bedding is soft as if sleeping in a cloud, the sound insulation effect is very good, and I sleep peacefully until dawn. The details are everywhere: smart curtains, brand bathrooms, free drinks in the minibar have won my heart.
The breakfast is rich in variety, and the freshly cooked local specialties make me remember. When I left the store, I also presented a custom postcard, so gentle hospitality is really rare.
I have already recommended it to my friends, and I will definitely choose Ailan next time!"

Guest UserAlthough the hotel is small, the rooms are very clean and spacious. The showers were hot and comfortable. The fifth-floor rooftop offers a breathtaking view of the tranquil Taibai Mountain. We requested a special breakfast, and the hostess made it a point to prepare three light side dishes for breakfast, which was very thoughtful. When we were leaving, we couldn't find a car, but the host immediately arranged a taxi for us, allowing us to arrive at Yangling South High-Speed Railway Station earlier. We were very grateful!

The environment is great. You can take a dip in Phoenix Hot Spring, but I still like the small hot spring pool in the backyard. It is clean and casual, the food is exquisite and delicious, and the drinks are unlimited. The most important thing is that there is a hot drink cabinet. When I wake up in the morning, I can drink something hot. It is so comfortable. Before Looking at the reviews, everyone mentioned that the butler service was very good! The experience is really extraordinary, the chrysanthemum tea is brewed properly. The room supplies are also carefully thought of, and I think I will bring my family to check them out again.

Anonymous UserThe room was a bit small, and the 1.8-meter bed wasn't ideal for a family of three; it felt a bit cramped. There were quite a few flies, which might be due to the cooking facilities. However, overall, I was very satisfied with the courtyard and would choose to stay here again next time. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile. Even during the National Day holiday when they had a lot more guests, their attitude remained excellent, which I really appreciated. It would have been even better if there weren't so many flies. The private hot springs were numerous and great. Some of the paint was peeling off the walls in the courtyard, making it look a bit run down. It would be even better if these could be repaired!
