The rooms are quite large, with a classic, antique feel, and the cleanliness is acceptable, except for one pillowcase with yellowed stains and hair. Staying in Building 5 offers a direct view of the sinkhole's ceiling, but getting from the parking lot to the room requires walking down two or three flights of stairs. The staff helped with luggage during check-in and check-out, and several staff members I encountered were very friendly. The Ctrip package includes Changsheng Cave (an underground karst cave), which is worth seeing. However, the entire scenic area involves going up and down stairs, making it unsuitable for tourists with mobility issues."
