Let's talk about the package contents: the Qilongwan Hot Springs next door were fantastic, with a wide variety of pools, from fun kids' pools to quiet wellness pools. The environment was also very well-maintained, surrounded by greenery, making for a very relaxing soak. The Space-Time Park included in the package was the highlight, with an incredible dinosaur-themed atmosphere. Our little one was super excited to see the giant dinosaur models! Unfortunately, it rained on the day we visited, and our child wasn't tall enough for many of the thrilling or outdoor rides. However, just the indoor exhibits and areas suitable for younger kids kept him busy exploring for quite a while. We'll definitely come back when he's a bit older to experience all the attractions we missed this time. It feels like this place is perfect for children of different ages to visit repeatedly!"

"The reception staff were very kind, and went out of their way to help us. The housekeeping staff were also very friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful, and the room was very clean and well equipped, with all the amenities of excellent quality. The only slight issue was that the room was very cold, and took a long time to heat up.
The hotel is right next to the ancient town, and only a short walk into the main town centre. Breakfast was perfectly fine.
There is a car park underneath the hotel, and the security guard was diligent about making sure our bikes were kept safe, which is very much appreciated by us."

There is also a laundry room on the second floor, which provides laundry detergent. The whole house is intelligently designed, and even babies can control the temperature, lights, and curtains of the room directly by speaking with their little mouths. It is absolutely friendly to lazy people who don't know which light is controlled by so many switches! Breakfast ends at 12 o'clock, but there are few varieties and the taste is average. We went down to eat at 9 o'clock, and many things were gone. After we finished eating, we didn't see the service staff replenish the dishes that were no longer available. From time to time, there would be aunties who cooked in the restaurant walking around, which directly lowered the whole impression! Everything else is great!"

The children couldn't drink any of it, even the milk in the coffee machine. Salad dressing: It was also a yellow-green color and was completely unpalatable. This company has invested so much money in development; I suggest they raise the quality of their food to a standard level and not let the management compromise."

The room was impeccably clean, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The smart robot delivery service was super convenient, and the room I was assigned was exceptionally quiet with a beautiful view from the window, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel environment was excellent. After we placed our order, the front desk proactively contacted us, providing the exact location and sending a driving guide video. Upon arrival, a young man was there to guide us to parking, help with our luggage, and escort us upstairs. The room was clean and tidy, with a charmingly child-friendly design, and they even provided disposable toilet seat covers – a thoughtful touch that our child loved. The room was completely odor-free, and we slept soundly through the night. The hotel also helped us with the hot spring resort tickets. Overall, a fantastic experience! We even got to drink tea brewed by the owner himself.

Guest User一進房間，乾淨整潔的環境就讓人好感倍增 ，床鋪整理得平平整整，沒有一絲褶皺，衞生間也沒有任何異味。房間空間佈局很合理，一點也不顯得擁擠 ，窗邊還設有休閑區域，旅途勞累了可以坐在這裏放鬆。設施方面非常齊全，電視、空調、熱水壺等日常設備一應俱全，而且都很新，用起來完全沒有問題。
酒店的服務也很周到，從前台辦理入住時工作人員熱情的態度，到入住期間有需求時的及時響應，都讓人感覺特別舒心 。退房的時候還詢問入住體驗，真的很貼心。

Guest UserI didn’t do any guides, so I went on Ctrip when I arrived in Heijing Town. I saw that this hotel had a rating of 4.9 and it was an old house renovated. I thought that when I arrived in the ancient town, I should live in an old house and experience it. After I made the reservation, the hotel called and said that there might be no room available and asked me to wait. Unexpectedly, I immediately received a call from Ctrip customer service to ask if it had been resolved. Thank you Ctrip for your timely attention and follow-up. Later we were able to check in according to the room type we booked. This is a light luxury B&B converted from the Qiao Family Courtyard. A blend of modern and traditional, very quiet. The service provided by the girls at the inn is very good👍very heart-warming. Sisters who like to take pictures can bring some good-looking clothes, which will be very photogenic.

The water in the wash basin leaks the area of the water, others are fine.
There was not much to go to the hall before 9 o'clock in the morning, and the milk and soy milk were gone. I just picked up a few buns and asked the waiter where to sit. The waiter pointed to two tables full of leftovers. I said can I sit here? She only knew to clean up the dumplings.
