Let's talk about the package contents: the Qilongwan Hot Springs next door were fantastic, with a wide variety of pools, from fun kids' pools to quiet wellness pools. The environment was also very well-maintained, surrounded by greenery, making for a very relaxing soak. The Space-Time Park included in the package was the highlight, with an incredible dinosaur-themed atmosphere. Our little one was super excited to see the giant dinosaur models! Unfortunately, it rained on the day we visited, and our child wasn't tall enough for many of the thrilling or outdoor rides. However, just the indoor exhibits and areas suitable for younger kids kept him busy exploring for quite a while. We'll definitely come back when he's a bit older to experience all the attractions we missed this time. It feels like this place is perfect for children of different ages to visit repeatedly!"

"Overall, the hotel was quite good. However, firstly, the 2 PM check-in time kept getting delayed, and I couldn't wait any longer, so I went to do some activities. I returned to check-in before 5 PM, only to find that my two rooms weren't even together. To make matters worse, room 6217 only had a tiny window, and it took a long time to communicate with the front desk before they finally moved me to room 6402. Secondly, there was noticeable low-frequency noise in room 6402 and the hallway, probably from equipment on the roof. But I decided against it and didn't bother to change rooms, as it was already 5:30 PM and I was too tired. Thirdly, the breakfast had a good selection of Chinese dishes but no Western food, which wasn't ideal for someone like me who prefers coffee and bread."

There is also a laundry room on the second floor, which provides laundry detergent. It is absolutely friendly to lazy people who don't know which light is controlled by so many switches! Breakfast ends at 12 o'clock, but there are few varieties and the taste is average. We went down to eat at 9 o'clock, and many things were gone. After we finished eating, we didn't see the service staff replenish the dishes that were no longer available. This company has invested so much money in development; I suggest they raise the quality of their food to a standard level and not let the management compromise."

"The hotel is new, with modern facilities, and is located on a small hillside in a beautiful environment! My favorite feature is the small balcony! There are two rooms, one of which has a balcony with a table and chairs. The hotel faces east and west, so you can watch the sunset. The sunrise is blocked by the mountains, but it doesn't affect sunbathing on the balcony – very comfortable! You can stargaze from the balcony at night. Below the room is a hot spring and pond. The hot spring is open in the afternoon, but I didn't go because it was too cold at night in winter. The air is very fresh! You can take a shuttle bus to Dinosaur Valley. There are many small restaurants next to Dinosaur Valley; the food is good, and the kids love it! The hotel breakfast is delicious, with fresh, small, and carefully selected dishes! After asking, we got an ”upgrade” to another floor and got a nice and clean and fresh renovated room.
The staff took forever to process our registration, never had that before...
The staff was friendly and professional in every situation. The security guy was very lovely and kind. Not so the lady at the breakfast buffet, but maybe she had a bad day...
They stored our bicycles in a room in the lobby. Thanks for that.
