The hotel is equipped with smart delivery robots, making the service attentive and the overall experience excellent, showing great tact in guest relations. Because my child wanted to see the room in advance, the front desk attendant enthusiastically took us up to see it, even though my reservation hadn't been found at that time. They weren't at all perfunctory. Since the extended service on my order couldn't be used due to late check-in, the front desk even specially sent a fruit platter. The staff delivered the hangers I needed, and even the kettle I left at the front desk during check-in was promptly delivered to my room! 3. Check-in convenience is maximized. The food is fresh, and the dining environment is clean and bright. Eating a hearty breakfast early in the morning brings a full sense of happiness. And, pay attention! The tables are cleaned very promptly and thoroughly! Breakfast service hours are even extended until 11 AM, which is great for those who had a long day and don't want to rush breakfast the next morning!"
