It's very convenient to have amenities like a gym, swimming pool, laundry room, and EV charging stations available. The value for money is great. Plus, there's a Freshippo (Hema Xiansheng) and a shopping mall right next door. A few areas for improvement: 1. The bathroom mirror defogger couldn't be turned off in summer. 2. The night light was poorly designed and too bright, which affected my sleep."
