"I booked this hotel because of the good reviews. I asked a day in advance if there was a place to wash clothes? Is there a dryer? They said they would check and give me a reply. I didn't get a call back even though I had checked in. I called in the evening to ask for bathtub bags and toilet paper and they said they would deliver them right away. I asked them to wait for the first time 20 minutes later and they said they were on the way. I waited for another half an hour and it still hadn't been delivered. The second time I asked them to deliver it, it took about five minutes. It took about 50 minutes from the call to the delivery. Maybe it's because it's a big hotel, the journey is quite far! I booked a business double bed with a window on the third or fourth floor, and they said they upgraded me to a lake view room (๑òᆺó๑) on the sixth floor.
