"The hotel I stayed in this trip really satisfied me! The room was clean and tidy, and the details were not stained. The bedding is soft and comfortable, so I can sleep well every night. The service has nothing to say, from the enthusiasm and caring at the front desk when checking in, to the rapid response to various needs during the stay, the staff have shown a high professionalism, which makes people feel warm. "The hot spring is generally good, with fresh water every day. The staff are very enthusiastic and answer any questions. Everything is paid for, 5 yuan to inflate the swimming ring, 2 yuan to rent a bathrobe... The room is too bad. Let's talk about checking in first. During the National Day holiday, there was only one auntie cleaning the room. We arrived at 12 o'clock and were asked to wait. We couldn't enter the hot spring first. We could only check in and enter the hot spring after 3 p.m. After coordination, we were given a room to change clothes first. Then the room was too cold and there was no heating air conditioner. I asked the front desk and they said the air conditioner could only cool. The towels in the last room were white with black spots."
