"The room was nice, and the AC was already on when we checked in. The front desk staff were all good. The only issue was when we went to the restaurant, they asked if we had a reservation. Since this is the only place to eat on the mountain, did that mean we couldn't eat without one? After some discussion, we ordered some dishes and rice, but then waited at our table for 30 minutes without even getting a glass of water. I feel that since they charge 5-star hotel prices, why should guests be treated differently?"

"The rooms were spacious and I slept wonderfully. Being on a higher executive floor, the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a beautiful view! We arrived quite late, and the hotel was almost fully booked. Thanks to Manager Wu, who coordinated our rooms, we were able to check in quickly for all of us. His warmth and professionalism deserve a big thumbs up! 👍🏻 The hotel breakfast was delicious, with a great variety, and they even had Jinyun Shaobing (a local pastry). "We passed by this restaurant on the way back to Hangzhou and chose this newly opened restaurant in Kaiyuan City, and we were not disappointed. The service was more than a little enthusiastic, and they took the initiative to help us carry our luggage to the guest room. Considering that the children were older, we took the initiative to upgrade the family room. When walking around the hotel, the service staff will take the initiative to wave hello whenever they see them. When it comes to room service, they will respond whenever there is a need. The tone of the main response is very friendly, not the kind of professional response. The room is spacious and bright, with new facilities and thoughtfully equipped air purifier. "The hotel is strategically located, more than 4 kilometers away from Xiandu Scenic Area, and a 10-minute drive away. Vehicles can be parked in the underground parking garage opposite the hotel (see Figure 2), and only the license plate needs to be filled in. The front desk is warm and welcoming, and the service is in place. The guest rooms are smart, clean, tidy, sanitary, and comfortable, and the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. The breakfast environment is comfortable, with local flavor, rich and delicious. The hotel is trustworthy and recommended."

"Bringing parents to Jinyun, after comparing many, I chose the nearest Yunlishe. The accommodation experience is very good in terms of the environment. The homestay is designed by a well-known designer. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean, and the service matches a five-star hotel. Any request is quickly responded. Breakfast is handmade every day, there are Jinyun biscuits and steamed buns, etc., lunch and dinner can be booked with the store in advance, the taste is very good. It is very convenient to walk to Xiaochibi in a few minutes. The door is a good stream, listening to the gurgling water, looking at the mountain view, very relaxed, will strongly recommend relatives and friends to live here. "Five-star review! ✨ Jinyun Xiandu Hotel - ”Just Another Ordinary Hotel” (but it's so much more!) Absolutely five stars, highly recommend! The room was spotless, clean, and beautifully decorated with an elegant and stylish touch. The amenities were incredibly comprehensive, featuring Kohler bathroom fixtures, a Dyson hairdryer, a smart toilet, and a projector – everything you could ask for. The bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, making the stay far more comfortable than I anticipated. What truly stood out was the hotel's warm and attentive service. The butler was incredibly enthusiastic and thoughtful, offering excellent advice for our scenic spot itinerary. The breakfast was also wonderfully varied and delicious! The room overlooked a small river with lush greenery all around, making it a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The hotel's location is also super convenient; nothing felt far away!"

"This time I came to Jinyun Xiandu to play, and I specially chose this newly opened homestay to live in. The overall experience was quite beyond expectations. What I like most is the atmosphere here, quiet, comfortable, and not deserted. The whole space gives people a warm feeling, wood, stone materials are natural to match together, there is no feeling of deliberately stacking design for ”out of film”. The furniture and quality in the room are also very good, sitting comfortably, sleeping comfortably, many details can feel that the guest experience has been seriously considered. During the day, the sun enters the room, and the space is particularly comfortable; after the lights are turned on at night, it will become very warm. In fact, the most important thing about staying in a homestay is ”staying”. It really makes people not want to run out all the time. Sitting in the room in a daze and looking out the window, the time is very slow. The service is also very good, the staff will not be around you all the time, but they can respond in time when they need it. This kind of service with a sense of distance and temperature, I personally like it very much. I saw the price of about 1500 before, but I still hesitated a little, but after I really lived, I felt that the price was supported. Not just for a room charge, but from the environment, space, furniture, hygiene to service, the overall experience is relatively complete. If you come to Xiandu, if you want to find a place to sleep for one night, you may choose a lot; but if you want to find a comfortable place, stay for one night and really slow down, I think it is still worth it. Sometimes traveling well or not will really affect the feeling of the whole journey. This stay at least made me feel very comfortable with the money spent this night."

Although the room I booked with Xiecheng was not upgraded, the service was decent, but the overall impression was still good.
