"The experience of staying at this hotel was great! Really smart! Takeaways are also delivered upstairs by robots. From the moment we walked in the door, the staff was very welcoming and attentive to our needs. The lady at the front desk also specially upgraded the room to a room with a great night view and a complimentary breakfast. Thank you very much. This is my second time here and the experience is great! I will stay here again next time!"
