The hotel offers ample parking both above and below ground, and the Wanda Plaza next door makes shopping convenient. shmily was incredibly warm, thoughtful, and accommodating, helping me upgrade my room and providing a late check-out. The stunning views of the Rongjiang River from the hotel are truly unforgettable!"

"I booked a double room at the Rongjiang Hotel with my friends for our trip to Jieyang. As an older hotel, I was initially worried it might be dated, but my concerns were completely unfounded once we checked in. What I liked most was the free underground parking. All you have to do is scan a QR code when you check out, which was incredibly convenient for us driving, saving us the hassle of finding a parking spot. We stayed in a room in the annex building. While it didn't have a river view, the room size was just right, and the layout was practical. The bed was a bit firm, but overall, it was clean and tidy, perfectly adequate for a regular stay. The hotel staff were warm and attentive, with thoughtful details like a tourist map of Jieyang Ancient City. It's also super easy to find food nearby; I highly recommend heading straight to Dongpanzhai Road intersection for handmade noodles after waking up – the beef rice and beef brisket noodles are absolutely amazing! This stay exceeded my expectations; it was great value for money, and my friends and I had a wonderful trip."

"The room was surprisingly quiet despite facing the street. It's quite close to the Jinxian Gate Tower and the Jieyang Ancient City 'Ama Love Letter' photo spot, about a kilometer away. A shared e-scooter will get you there easily."

"This stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is superb, making it incredibly convenient for getting around; there are plenty of restaurants and entertainment options nearby. "The hotel room was spacious, clean, and the bedding was clean. The hot water in the bathroom was good, but the facilities were a little lacking. The family room we booked had a low ceiling and poor air quality outside the elevator. For safety reasons, the window couldn't be opened, causing an odor in the room. Since there were three of us and rooms were hard to find, we had to make do for two nights. The hotel offered free breakfast, although the selection wasn't extensive, the taste was acceptable. Apart from the odor, everything else was fine."

"This is by far the best hotel service I've ever experienced! The best value for money! Even hotels costing over a thousand don't offer this level of service, not even Atour! It was so good that after staying there, I recommended it to all my friends! Extremely satisfied! (I'll attach screenshots, haha). It's very close to the ancient city. When you ask for toiletries, they always give you more than enough. The environment is great too, and the service is astonishingly good. We needed to wash our clothes, but there was no space, so the front desk told us to just leave them there, and they would wash them for us. After washing, they even brought them back up to our room. When we left, they gave us a parting gift. The hotel is right next to Jieyang Ancient City, and there's a parking lot on the same side, plus car rentals nearby. I usually don't like using exposed toilet paper in restrooms, so I asked for tissues, and they gave me three full packs, and the paper was even baby-grade quality. They are truly thoughtful! The only downsides might be the lack of breakfast and a dedicated parking space, but there's a public parking lot just three or four minutes away, so it's not really an issue."

"Shuchen Hotel was a fantastic experience! The room had great natural light, the bathroom was well-designed with a separate wet and dry area, and the AC and WiFi worked perfectly. Front desk staffer Xiao Zhang was incredibly thoughtful; they offered free bottled water and provided detailed information about breakfast times and local attractions. Their service was truly attentive and heartwarming."

"Orange Hotel Jieyang Avenue 1. Location: In the future, once the Rongcheng light rail station, connecting Chaoshan's three cities, is completed in 2027, it will be even more convenient. Taxis are readily available for getting around. A taxi to Jinxianmen Ancient City costs around 10+ yuan. Within 100 meters, there are shared e-scooters available from Hello, *******, and Qingju. 2. Facilities: The second floor features a gym, a restaurant, and a laundry room (with 3 all-in-one washer/dryer units, already stocked with detergent, fabric softener, and disinfectant). Breakfast is a buffet that combines Chaoshan morning market specialties (beef noodles,粿条 (guǒtiáo), wontons, etc.) with various other options: lotus leaf sticky rice, something similar to steamed rice rolls, xiao long bao (especially delicious), Chaoshan rice cakes, and Western breakfast items like DIY sandwiches, salads, yogurt, etc. Beverages include juice, soy milk, black tea, and coffee. There are also small cakes, fried spring rolls, and more. Robot delivery service is available for meals and other items. 3. Environment: Upon entering, you're greeted by a sweet orange scent. The lobby on the ground floor has a lounge area offering coffee and juice. The room design is particularly well-thought-out, divided into separate areas for washing, showering, and using the toilet. There's also a table, chairs, and a long bench, perfect for tea and conversation. The aged tangerine peel black tea and white tea from Orange Hotel are especially delicious. The TV is very large and offers a wide variety of channels. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and the pillows are firm, which suited us well. There's a motion sensor under the bed that automatically illuminates at night. A minor flaw is that when the room lights are set to 50%, the lights in the wash area and toilet turn off, requiring manual switching. However, the light in the wash area shines directly onto the bed. Without this small drawback, it would be a perfect stay."
