I arrived at the room at 9:50 pm, but there was no hot water. I was in the bathroom and waited for a long time. I called the front desk and they said that the room was full and the hot water was not available. I had to wait. As a result, the hot water did not come until 10:30. Fortunately, the first person to take a shower was an adult. If it was a child, he would definitely catch a cold. There was no hook in the room. There was no place to put the shower and clothes. Moreover, there was no shelter when coming out of the bathroom. Even if it was a family, it would be embarrassing, right? This design is a bit unreasonable. It is too inconvenient."
