We were hungry, tired and cold. We changed to a room opposite. At this time, it was around 6:00 pm. We couldn't stay normally for about two hours. It was cold, hungry and in a bad mood. In short, the stay experience was too bad! This should not be the case of a four-star hotel! Good place: breakfast variety, speciality, good quality!  Summary: This hotel is old, backward, can not keep pace with the times, can not scientifically manage, not good at thinking for customers, do not pay attention to customer experience,  is too far from the same star hotel in the same industry!"
