"The platform claimed the hotel was newly renovated in 2026, but upon arrival, I was greatly disappointed. It was a classic case of 'what you see online versus what you get in reality.' The hotel's decor and facilities were very old, making it hard to believe it was a new opening in '26. We stayed in a triple room, and on that floor, only one light was working in the hallway, making it very dark. Additionally, after exiting the elevator, you had to pass through a security door with a threshold on the floor. The lighting was extremely dim, and there were no signs warning about the threshold, which caused me to trip. The only upside was perhaps the large parking lot."

"Very close to the airport with an unexpectedly good free shuttle service. The front desk was quick to answer calls. The hotel is grand, and the breakfast is rich. There's also an ecological garden outside the breakfast area worth exploring. About three kilometers from the hotel, there's a high-speed rail new district where you can find food and visit a night market. This hotel offers great value for money."

"首先先説優點房間很大很寬敞老闆很熱情主動幫我們拿行李小院也很舒服地方好找很好停車然後是缺點我定的家庭房兩個1.5m的床大小具體有沒有1.5有待商榷大抵應該是1.35而且一共衹給了我們兩個枕頭多的枕頭還是重新去要的其次房間一進來沙發跟浴室地上都有小碎渣地面有印跡浴室一打開下水道有一股味道馬桶還有水漬和印跡背面比較臟合理懷疑浴室根本沒有打掃可能也跟這邊來住的人不多有關雖然我們帶了自己的拖鞋但還是要説一句提供的拖鞋很臟第一次見住宿提供的洗髮水是袋裝的最後熱水器一開始還是關閉狀態後面我們自己打開燒水速度不是很快洗澡水壓也低晚上有大車經過早上一直有小販叫賣很影響睡眠"

"We booked this hotel while connecting flights in Xining. Perhaps it was the off-season, but we were pleasantly surprised by the price for such a great hotel. Breakfast offered a wide variety of Western and Chinese dishes. Upon entering, we were given snacks and yogurt. The room was very spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We stayed there for two days, and I couldn't get enough. The hotel also offers airport transfers. We arrived around 10 PM, and as soon as our plane landed, the driver called to pick us up on time. Our drop-off was at 5 AM, and the front desk had a wake-up call and gave us a Western breakfast with yogurt and fruit. It was so thoughtful. With such a great price and excellent service, I was so happy. I'll definitely stay here again in Xining. Thank you to the front desk and the driver who dropped us off. It was so early, and we apologize for the inconvenience."

"The hotel corridor is decorated in dark colors, which looks quite depressing. The interior layout and decoration are quite good, and the overall service is OK. The only drawback is that there is no heating or other heating equipment. I called the front desk and they said they have floor heating, but the room is very cold and I don’t feel any heating equipment. It may be due to the bad weather. It is the off-season now. Ping An is a small county, not a tourist hotspot, so the price is a bit high compared with the season and the number of tourists."

Hygienic: There are residual water stains on the toilet seat, and the stains on the mirror and the sink have not been cleaned.
Facilities: No air conditioning (not suitable for the northwest climate is estimated to feel cold), no floor mats in the bathroom, loose screws on the left side of the small table, uneven desktop."

Guest UserThe hotel is incredibly close to the airport, making travel super convenient. They also offer a free shuttle service, which was arranged promptly upon booking. The driver was friendly and attentive, saving me the hassle of rushing to the airport.
The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and polite, handling check-in and check-out efficiently and patiently, responding promptly to any needs. The rooms were clean, tidy, quiet, and comfortable, providing a very reassuring stay.
The breakfast was varied, delicious, nutritious, and tasty – perfect for a pre-trip meal. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the experience. It's great value for money, a top choice for connecting flights or catching a flight, and I would definitely book again!

Guest UserThis hotel should be the most comfortable hotel we stayed in during our trip to Gannan. When I first looked at the price, I was very hesitant. My husband also said it wouldn't be a public toilet, right?
It turned out that this hotel was really outstanding. Because it was newly renovated, it was very clean and bright. It was also cleaned very well. The hardware was used very well. The curtains were actually electric and the faucets could be adjusted.
The guy at the front desk was very enthusiastic and recommended the bun shop and beef noodles next door to us, which were very good.
This is the most cost-effective hotel in this trip!

This was a truly luxurious hotel! And the staff were super friendly and helpful as well!
Various individual staff members really went out of their way to make my visit to Xunhua enjoyable! We often say ”the people make a difference”, and this is absolutely true of the employees at this hotel!!!
In addition to the great staff, the room was spacious and clean, also equipped with every possible modern convenience! Even though the hotel was in the middle of the city, I had a nice view of the nearby mountains.
I would absolutely stay in this hotel on any future visit to Xunhua!!! In fact, just the opportunity to stay here is a good reason to go back!
This hotel was so great that I hesitate to mention any minor drawback- but it should be said that the breakfast buffet was fairly minimal and lacked the wide variety of Chinese breakfast items offered in some other hotels during my recent trip to China.

Guest UserThis hotel is conveniently located near Xunhua County Government and is ideal for business travelers. It only takes 4 minutes to get from the hotel to the bus station by taxi. Whether you leave early in the morning or return in the afternoon, you don’t have to worry about traffic problems, which greatly saves time and energy.
Service experience: The hotel's service team is very professional and thoughtful. The receptionist was friendly and the check-in process was quick and efficient. They also thoughtfully provided information about passenger shuttle services.
The room was cleaned very carefully and the bedding was comfortable.
Nearby food street: It is only a 10-minute walk away. The food is very good. I ordered it for a colleague once and it was also very good.

When we came to Qinghai Province to travel, we went to the east to play, and stayed in the hotel. This hotel looks tall and luxurious, and the waiter’s attitude is good. They also give free breakfast, look at pictures and talk, go in the room, and light. Bright, very clean, the quilt has no peculiar smell, and it is clean. It is more comfortable to watch TV when you lie in bed at night. Toiletries are prepared in place, and the provision is good. 24 hours of hot water, you don’t have to be afraid of the cold at night. The room is warm and super awesome. I like it very much, strong! recommend!

马不停蹄Very close to the airport, not all room types have free pick-up/drop-off service. We arrived in Xining and stayed in the ”deluxe twin room” on the second floor for the first night. It was slightly more expensive, but there was no pick-up/drop-off service. The night before leaving Xining, I stayed in a relatively flat standard twin room. On the contrary, there was a pick-up/drop-off, but the room was on the first floor, that is, on the street, that is, the row of windows on the ground in Figure 1. Passersby can climb in when they open the window. The room has no air conditioning and the window is stuffy. Residents enter and exit, parking are noisy. The most miserable morning is not enough to 6 o'clock, there is a big brother with a loud voice, squatting under the window and talking loudly, speechless! Everyone should be careful to consider.
