The room had no air conditioning and was poorly ventilated; opening the window to the street made it very noisy, and the bed was hard, making it difficult to fall asleep at night. Breakfast was at the restaurant across the street; a bowl of noodles cost 8 yuan, but the room rate was increased by 20 yuan, so it was better to just buy it directly. Also, the front desk didn't proactively offer breakfast vouchers; while we were having breakfast, guests kept coming to the hotel asking for them, which was quite inconvenient."

"The hotel is quite good. We arrived in Xining at 10:15 pm and made an appointment to be picked up at the airport in advance. The pick-up staff was very helpful. As soon as the plane landed, they contacted us by phone to inform us of the waiting location. We arrived at the hotel in about 10 minutes. To our surprise, the hotel upgraded us to an executive suite and prepared snacks when we arrived in the room. It was very touching and warm."

The panoramic elevator was quite impressive. Overall, it's highly recommended."

The front desk lady is able to do it, I have to send things back, and she will help me make an appointment with SF Express. Very good hotel, go again next time."

I had communicated with the hotel beforehand about airport transfers, but because I used a coupon from Ctrip, the hotel said the cost of airport transfers was too high for my booking and refused to provide the service. Ctrip customer service didn't address the hotel's issue, but offered me 1000 Ctrip miles, which I refused."
