"This room deserves a perfect score! The overall environment is very clean, and the attention to detail makes your stay reassuring. The bed is very comfortable, with a nice springy mattress, and it's so relaxing. There's a small sofa in the room for resting when you're tired, which is a very thoughtful touch. The bathroom is also very clean, with strong hot water pressure, and hot water comes out in 10 seconds. The shower is comfortable, and the front desk manager is very friendly, recommending nearby restaurants and giving away fruit snacks! I was very satisfied."

"The room is small, but very quiet. It does not come with a bag, so it is not convenient to pack your old clothes. When I was having breakfast, I hadn’t finished yet, but the waiter kicked me out. He said, “We are closing, eat faster…” I’ve stayed in so many hotels, but this was the first time I was kicked out. I was quite angry 😠😠😠 But because I had my children with me, I didn’t care. I hope the hotel can enhance the service awareness of its service staff."

However, the style of Vienna is that the bathroom is too small and does not match the overall environmental standards.

It was raining all the time in Guiping these days. I booked an online taxi, and the driver stopped on the side of the road. The security guard saw it and ran to the side of the road very enthusiastically to ask the driver to drive to the hotel entrance so that we wouldn't have to get wet in the rain. LanxingfushanhaiThis time I stayed at the Trifolia Holiday Hotel and the experience was great, I must give a full score!
The overall design of the room is simple and high-end, the walls and decoration are very new, the texture is online, and it feels clean and comfortable as soon as you enter the door. Hygiene is nothing to say, the bedding is white and tidy, the ground and bathroom are cleaned spotlessly, and the details are handled in place.
The service is also very intimate, the front desk staff is warm and thoughtful, the response is timely, and the whole stay is very comfortable. The location is also convenient, the surrounding facilities are complete, and it is very convenient to travel and go shopping.
The price is super high, I will choose here next time, I highly recommend it to everyone!

Guest UserLocated in the center of town. Convenient and walking distance to the food street. The staff are all very nice and friendly. As smoking is allowed, smoke from other rooms are able to get into the room all the time, probably via the ventilation system. Something to consider for non-smokers who are sensitive. One suggestion for the hotel is to try to separate smoking and non-smoking customers to different floors if possible.

The laundry service was convenient, and my clothes were neatly arranged. The comfortable sofas in the lobby were perfect for relaxing, and as a brand member, I enjoyed exclusive privileges. It was a very comfortable stay!

The room was clean and tidy, the lighting and ventilation were very good, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the sleep was particularly stable. The intelligent voice control lights and curtains in the whole house are very convenient. The breakfast is rich in variety, with local rice noodles, hot dishes, fruits, and freshly cooked and eaten at ease. The environment is beautiful, and the son describes it as ”like a park here.” The excellent location to go to Xishan is next to the scenic spot. It is very convenient to walk to the mountain in the morning and evening, burn incense and pray for blessings. It is free to enter the scenic spot during off-duty hours. Restaurant and front desk service are very good, breakfast has fried Luoxiu rice noodles, flower rolls, hair cakes, fried rice, sweet potatoes, taro, soy milk, porridge, delicious side dishes, furniture is solid wood without smell. I don’t know why the evaluation m is so low, I was almost misled and dare not come.
