"The hotel is located in the city center and the entrance is a pedestrian street. It is more convenient to buy things around and can park. The hotel room was too old, the bathroom bath water was overflowing to the bedside of the room, it was thin, and the central air conditioner was not hot for one night. There were only 5 small spotlights in the room and one was broken, and the room was dim. This is the actual situation of the ordinary standard room. The room is poorly soundproofed and someone in the next room can hear it."

"I usually don't take photos for reviews, but today I want to focus on this hotel.
I thought Fuyuan Hotel was not a good hotel. I chose this one because it was newly renovated in 2015, and it was new. It was indeed true. But I don't know why it was 4.5 points. I gave it full marks, it should be owned by the family, there is an elevator, and there are many staple foods for breakfast, which are still rich and bright. The restaurant is on the sixth floor, and many Russians came to eat. As for hygiene, I forgot to clean it. I opened the drawer and it was still garbage left by the previous hotel. I hope it will be improved. The air conditioner was produced in March 2015, and the hotel has been open for at most three months. It is very cost-effective and the hot water is very hot. Highly recommended."

Due to the late flight, I am not sure if I can stay. The policy that can be cancelled before 18:00 is a bit tangled. I called the hotel to explain the reason. The hotel immediately agreed to extend the cancellation policy to 21:30. It was really heartwarming!
The flight re-departed, it was already 22:00 in the evening to the hotel, the boss was very enthusiastic to suggest the next day's itinerary, recommend the cost-effective chartered master, everything was properly posted and personally sent us to the room, really warm heart!

I saw good reviews online so I booked two nights. The boss helped me arrange carpooling to pick me up at the station, go out, and drop me off at the station. The location of the youth hostel is good, it is convenient to go anywhere, and the accommodation conditions are pretty good. I was especially lucky that the famous Master Guan drove us all the way. He patiently explained along the way. We went to Hei** Island, Dongji Pavilion sunrise and sunset, Dongji Square sunrise, and he also took us to Dongji Fish Market to visit the fish market, buy fish and have them processed in a restaurant. The trip to Dongji was very rewarding.

In general, the price/performance ratio is quite high, the location is easy to find, the yard can park, the boss and his wife are very warm and cheerful, the room is clean and the bedding is clean. There are all the toiletries, and they are also served with melon seeds and watermelon. Just like the family who entertained home, I also ordered dinner at her house. The proprietress personally cooks it. The ingredients are fresh and tastes like a piece: fresh. The proprietress also adds a plate of homemade pickles for free, which is also a big opening for taste buds. At the end of the checkout, zero was wiped. Hygienic: clean and neat, the main bath towels are clean and snowy.

Facilities: There is no elevator, you have to climb the third floor of the stairs, and it is a bit unfriendly to the elderly and families with children.
Room: very large. The toilet is a separate room, with a sink and shower. After going to the toilet, I ran to another room to wash my hands. It was a bit strange. The shower room is not slippery, but there are non-slip mats, and there will be a little water when taking a bath.

It's still clean. On the first floor, the small hotel in the northeast basically does not give water and paper. The impression of Fuyuan is not very good. The whole city is built on the mountain, the road is particularly narrow, and there is no parking place.

Let me talk about the good points first: the waiter was very enthusiastic and enthusiastically recommended a local travel agency to upgrade to an executive room for free, although I don’t know what the difference is other than the different floors. Experience the warm character of Northeastern people.
Let's make fun of it:
The sanitation and environment are relatively old, the maintenance is average, and the sofa has aged. The lighting is very dim. Service, I went downstairs to buy things at 10:30 in the evening, there was no one at the front desk, and there were only a few lights in the lobby, and the light boxes in the hotel outside were turned off. The location is not good, there is no view outside the window, you can vaguely see a little river view. The floor drain of the shower was blocked, and it was in the shower room over the feet, so I washed my head in a hurry. There are a bunch of small bottles for spare parts, and the packaging looks very cheap. I brought it myself, but I didn't try it.
There is no free bathing ticket. The front desk told me that I can change into pajamas upstairs and take the elevator to take a bath for free washing. Of course, there is no locker. I really don't understand this operation.
