"It was my second time staying there. The taxi people didn’t want to take me so I ended up walking there from the station. It will take you 40 minutes to walk but it is downhill. Obviously it is better to take a taxi . But if you walk, exit the station and follow the road down to the bottom of the hill. Ignore the first turning and carry on to the next one. Turn left and walk to the end and turn left again. There is a row of five big building and the hotel is the last one. Very visible. The rooms are very nice with charging points next to the bed. Shower and toilet are excellent. The mattresses are VERY comfortable here. Room equipped with everything for showering, hair and teeth. Buffet breakfast is excellent with a wide choice of foods. This time they gave me a Japanese themed room. I am 65 and not supple. So not practical for going to the loo. It is not the hotels fault so make sure you ask for a normal bed height if you are not used to sleeping close to the floor. The hotel is far from Fu’an itself, but a great place to stay if taking the train. As hotels go? Excellent"

The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and a wonderfully relaxing sleep was provided. The room is equipped with Xiaodu smart guest control, allowing for voice control of the lights, air conditioning, and curtains, making it incredibly user-friendly. The bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, and the toiletries are high-quality, including disposable face towels, which is a thoughtful touch. "I went there because of the hotel's name, which suggests lush green mountains and clear waters. I didn't realize the hotel offered a shuttle service, so I took a ride-hailing service, only to be lured into an unlicensed taxi – it scared me so much I didn't even want to eat dinner. Taking the hotel shuttle to the station the next morning was much better. Fu'an is currently under a lot of construction and dust, but the hotel itself is very safe and comfortable, and it even has a Fujian-style garden that could easily be used as a filming location. With proper planning and development, the surrounding area would be a beautiful sight."

GGuest UserDriving from Fuzhou to Xiapu, I found the accommodations there quite mismatched in terms of quality and price, so I booked a hotel a bit further out. It was much better than I expected; I got a suite for just over 100 yuan, including breakfast: porridge, steamed buns, mantou, fried noodles, fried rice, a small bowl of pork rib soup, coffee, bread, etc. The room was very clean and new. I'd definitely book this hotel again if I pass through again.

GGuest UserThe hotel experience is great! Just arrived in Fu'an, I saw this newly renovated hotel at a glance. The front desk was very warm and welcoming. There was no need to climb the stairs with an elevator. The room style was very like, and the hygiene was very clean and comfortable. There is also a large screen projection, and the experience does not lose to the cinema. The room also has voice intelligent control, which is very suitable for lazy people like us. Close to the city center, very close to Dongbai Shopping Mall, next time you come to Fu'an, you will choose this hotel!

As a tourist, I spent a very comfortable night at Fu'an Platinum Hotel. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was deeply attracted by the environment and service. The room is not only spacious and bright, but also spotlessly clean, making people feel the warmth and comfort of home as soon as they enter the door. The quality of the bedding was also very good, allowing me to have a good night's sleep and fully restore my physical strength.
The hotel's service is impeccable. Whether it is the front desk reception or room service, the staff are friendly, enthusiastic and thoughtful. They always greeted every guest with a smile and tried their best to meet our needs. When I checked out, I found two cups of coffee in the room. Such small details surprised and warmed me, and also reflected the hotel's attentive care for its guests.
It is especially worth mentioning that I accidentally left my luggage behind when I checked out. After contacting the hotel front desk, the staff immediately helped me find my luggage and quickly arranged for express delivery. I was deeply touched by this efficient and thoughtful service, and it also made me like Fu'an Platinum Crystal Hotel even more.
In addition, I would like to recommend a takeaway coffee shop - Pour Coffee into the Warehouse. As a tourist, I ordered the coffee from this shop locally. The taste is very mellow and sweet, and it is worth a try.

Because of the new opening, the rooms still have a taste of decoration. The breakfast variety is small and will not be replaced. It has always been those. There are 2 washing machines and dryers each, because the washing and drying time is very long, there are many guests, it is basically difficult to use at night, some guests have been placed in the machine after washing their clothes, do not take them away in time, and there is no place to take them out to store the washed clothes, which affects other guests to use the washing machine. The laundry room was a bit messy, there were clothes left by the guests, and they have not been dealt with. The room does not provide an ironing machine and shoe brush. Overall, there are still many details to be improved.
