這兩天主城區有點熱出來玩，聽朋友説南天湖很涼快過來後這邊確實很涼快晚上還有蓋被子，上面空氣很好他們家酒店就在景區裏面而且離湖邊特別近走路三分鐘就到湖邊了，這兩天有時間出來玩，在網上看了好幾家酒店，最後選擇這家性價比蠻高的而且乾淨衞生，下次下來南天湖還會選擇這家值得推薦。

I usually only leave reviews when I'm very satisfied or very dissatisfied. Unfortunately, this time it's the latter. This is my honest and objective opinion; if you disagree, you're right. First, the good points: the room was clean, the bedding was relatively clean, and the location was by the lake. Disposable toilet seat covers were provided. The points that led to my negative review: 1. The first time I've encountered ”no rooms available upon arrival.” I booked the room on Ctrip more than a week in advance, and the hotel confirmed it. Upon arrival, they said there was a system problem, that I had booked too many rooms, and all rooms were full. After a standoff of over an hour, I finally lost patience and was about to complain when the front desk received a WeChat message, gave me a room key, and said they would take us to our room… Enough said, nobody's stupid… 2. Noise. Extremely noisy, terrible soundproofing, constantly having children shouting, men yelling, and constant banging from upstairs until almost midnight. After finally getting some quiet in the middle of the night, there was a constant, strange clanging sound. After searching the entire room, I finally discovered the sink was leaking… dripping onto the suspended cabinet panel… The thin wooden door had large gaps, and glaring outside light shone into the small room, disrupting my sleep… 3. The facilities didn't match the price. I usually choose four- or five-star hotels, rarely guesthouses. There weren't any suitable hotels in the scenic area, and this guesthouse was priced at over 1200 yuan, so I assumed the facilities would be decent. However, upon arrival, I almost couldn't find the entrance; it was a very small house, and the lobby was freezing cold. The rooms were cramped, without even a desk, although the bathroom was relatively spacious. The facilities were mediocre. 4. Poor service. During the holiday, there was only one and a half receptionists. The male receptionist counted as one, and the female receptionist counted as half, as she was practically nowhere to be found. The male receptionist was too busy and had to be called several times. There was a cleaning lady (who said another one was on leave), and guests kept rushing to check in. During my check-in, two groups of guests came in to complain. There were no slippers or bottled water in the room; we asked several times, and in the end, we had to go down and get them ourselves. 5. Hygiene. Too lazy to write about the rest. Breakfast was ice-cold on a cold day. The milk and rice noodles were hot, but the rice noodles were completely tasteless. You had to add the seasoning yourself. The most infuriating thing was that they brought me leftover bread from the previous table. I actually saw the cleaning lady take those dirty breads in; I remember where the dirty ones were. I know they recycle them, but at least they should only recycle the clean ones… 6. Tourist Area. Traffic was paralyzed. It took two and a half hours to get out of the hotel's parking lot… You can check out the complaints on other websites. This is unrelated to the hotel, so I won't go into detail.

I have something to say about the front desk of this hotel. First of all, the sister wearing glasses is so cute and really great. She speaks and does things neatly. I like her very much. Then I want to complain about the other front desk. First of all, I want to tell the hotel that this front desk may raise the room price. It is obviously room 103, but she told me 110, so I chose to book online, 105, so it didn't affect anyone. But then her attitude towards me changed. She was impatient, very impatient. Even in the next few days, when I changed to a more expensive room because there were two people living together, her impatience reached the extreme. 2 o'clock is the normal check-out time. One day in advance, I confirmed that the room I wanted to change was not booked, and then I booked the room for 3 consecutive days. At 2 o'clock when I changed the room, I had to go to work immediately, so I had to put my things in the room I changed. I was procrastinating for a long time, talking about this and that. Finally, I was firm in my attitude and let me put my things in. Later, when I got off work at night, I found that I had not packed my things. There was a bottle of Sprite, a toothbrush, and a pack of paper. The paper and toothbrush were placed on the floor in a transparent bag. I felt that this was a bit too much. After all, paper shouldn't be placed on the floor, and a half-drunk bottle of Sprite shouldn't be placed on the floor, let alone a toothbrush. I took the bag to the front desk and asked her why she put my toothbrush on the floor. She said she didn't see it. I said it was my toothbrush. She said when the aunt gave it to me, I saw paper and water, but not a toothbrush. I asked why the paper and toothbrush were placed on the floor in a bag. She said what do you want? I said what do you mean, so this is my problem. She said we saw the toothbrush. I said so you think it's my problem. She said it's my problem. I'm sorry, I didn't see the toothbrush. I said that's my problem. She said I bought you a new toothbrush. I said no, I don't need it. Then she went back to the room. After 10 minutes, she bought paper and a toothbrush and brought them to my room. I said no, she said she got it, and I said it was okay. Later, I saw that she wanted to hang it on the meal card, and her expression was not right, so I took it in my hand, and she left without looking back. I was embarrassed at the time, and suddenly I thought in my mind, so you still think it’s my problem. In the end, the paper was useless, the toothbrush was useless, and it has been returned. I want to tell you that I can buy a toothbrush myself, and it doesn’t matter whether I want paper or not, but you are a service staff, I don’t need your servility, but people should have the minimum respect. You put my food on the ground, I’m not a dog, why are you so disrespectful. When the whole problem arises, you still don’t respect people. If there is no respect between people, it’s very sad. How can I, a consumer, only deserve to put food on the ground? Toothbrushes only deserve to be put on the ground?

The room was spacious and bright, and breakfast was quite varied and tasty. However, I don't quite understand why complimentary bottled water is limited to 4 bottles, with extra charges for anything more! For a family room with three people, needing six bottles of water isn't excessive, is it? A standard room for two gets four bottles, so for a family room with three, asking for two more seems like a reasonable request! The hotel should really consider this.

This stay is a perfect experience! From the enthusiasm and professionalism of the front desk staff when checking in, to the clean, bright and warmly decorated room as soon as I opened the door, every detail makes people feel comfortable. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and you can have a good night's sleep; the smart equipment is complete, and the lighting and air conditioning can be easily adjusted. The breakfast is super delicious. I also received a thoughtful little gift when I left the hotel, which really made me feel at home. I will definitely choose this hotel next time I come here, highly recommended!

The first time I came to Fengdu, this stay was really pleasant! The room was clean and tidy as a whole, the bedding was white and soft, the bed was neatly laid, it was particularly comfortable to lie on, and I slept until dawn. The bathroom design of the separation of dry and wet is very practical, the space is spacious and not depressing, and the sanitary details are super in place. The room is very light and soundproof, the decoration is simple and warm, the decoration painting on the bedside is very textured, and the overall atmosphere is particularly comfortable. The front desk service is warm, the check-in is very fast, the price is full, I will choose this next time.

Nantian Lake boasts beautiful scenery and is very cool. The hotel is very close to the lake, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the facilities are complete. The owner is warm and attentive, and the free breakfast is also quite good.

The hotel is located inside the scenic area, with convenient parking. Turning right after exiting the hotel leads directly to the lake. Hotel admission includes entrance fees, so you need to contact the hotel in advance to confirm which gate to enter the scenic area from. We encountered a minor problem that day, but fortunately, the staff at Gate 6 were familiar with the area and knew that turning back to the main gate would be a long detour. After confirming we were hotel guests, they let us through.

民宿位置比較好，就在廂壩集市旁邊，外出吃飯選擇很多又方便，小區地下車庫下面就是廂壩農貿中心，每逢2、5、8趕集，採購當季農產品很安逸。民宿在頂上是閣樓改造的，隔音與私密性差。但房間還不算太小，三張床都較寬，能睡下一大一小，對家庭人員多入住很划算。衹是房間不太對流通風，稍怕熱的最好選擇帶空調的房間。今年才開業，房間乾淨衞生整潔，設施簡單實用，廚房能配備一台小冰箱就好了。衞生間有一地漏設計在門口基本成擺設，沐浴時需將洗臉盆下的下水管取出，水才能流走，否則要弄個水滿金山。另外遇到風大時，廚衞有嗚鳴聲。老闆一家人都和氣，服務挺好的，入住5晚還是滿意。
