"The hotel I stayed at during the trip really exceeded my expectations! The environment is quiet and elegant, away from the noise, and it is especially safe to rest. The room is warm and comfortable, the soft decoration is very careful, and I feel relaxed as soon as I enter the door. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, cleaned spotlessly, the shower water flow is sufficient, and the experience is very good. The front desk and cleaning staff are very enthusiastic, and they will patiently answer questions. It is very convenient to eat, drink and play around, and you can walk to many attractions and small shops. Stayed for several nights and slept very well every day. The overall service, environment and hygiene can't fault it. It is a very pleasant stay experience. It is highly recommended for friends who come here to play!"

But there are problems with hotel management
When we checked into the hotel, the bar in the room only had 2 bottles of water and nothing else.
When we checked out the next day, they charged us more than ten yuan, saying that we had spent money in the room😡
There are only 2 bottles of water in the room, and there is no other food, and they charge extravagantly.

"The room was really nice. I took a few pictures. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, and the hotel's bathroom design was very thoughtful. You didn't have to turn on the lights when you got up at night. There were sensor lights in the hallway, and then there were sensor lights in the bathroom. The bathroom had normal lighting, so you could turn off the lights and rest at night. The sensor lights were very helpful. It was very clean. The environment was fantastic. The balcony faced the lake, which is probably a large reservoir. The air was very fresh, and I could walk by the lake in the morning. It was very good. The hotel service was excellent, and they promptly switched me to a lake view room. The service was excellent."

"The hotel parking lot is quite powerful. The ground and underground are free. In those days, the snowy weather was cold and I was afraid that the car glass would freeze and go underground. I had to stop the basement. Otherwise, I had to scrape the glass in the morning and give the hotel facilities a thumbs up. Of course, the service is also very good."

Service can also be the environment can also be the hotel, the location is excellent, walking distance to the subway station and the business district. The room was clean and tidy and the bedding was comfortable. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and also helped to upgrade the room type. The price was very high.
