The check-in speed at the front desk was very fast. I communicated in advance that I needed a quiet high-floor room. It was arranged quickly and the service was particularly intimate. "The room was generally nice. It's one of the best hotels in the scenic area of Dingnan County's Old Town. The front desk lady was very friendly and helpful, and she promptly addressed a minor issue. Due to our departure time, the ancient town was sparsely populated. While the scenic area doesn't require an entrance fee, it felt rather desolate. Dining options were limited, and the hotel itself wasn't very convenient. Regarding the hotel itself, it's divided into two buildings, Building A and Building B. I'm not sure what the difference is. Our room with a balcony had a sofa and voice control, but it didn't seem to work. The shower head wasn't adjustable, which was a slight drawback. It wasn't very convenient for someone of our height, but the shower was large enough that I could stand further away without getting drenched. Overall, the room was nice. I'd definitely choose this hotel again if I were to visit Dingnan again. I'm just not sure how it will develop in the future, and whether the room prices will increase."

"Dingnan County was high temperature on September 5, with high humidity and many mosquitoes. This independent hotel did not kill the mosquito flea in the guest room. The flea bit people too much. I stayed for two nights. The calf, upper limbs and back were bitten by fleas. 15 large bags with a corner of steel flea size were especially itchy. I scratched the allergy medicine and antibiotic ointment and mosquito repellent toilet water that I bought for nearly 80 yuan for fear of infection and sprayed the sheets, quilt covers, pillowcases and bedside beds around the bedside every day. I couldn’t stand it. I changed the room and let the room sterilize the bed quilt cover sheets and indoors. It feels better to live again... Two days ago, I lived in the local county of Shangkeyou Chain Hotel 3 nights and was not bitten by mosquito fleas. The hotel chain is still better in management."

"The bathroom light was on every few minutes after 2 a.m. (the key is that there is a large glass partition between the bathroom and the bed). I woke up in the middle of the night and communicated with the front desk. The front desk refused to provide us with another room for free and asked us to pay for another room. After more than half an hour of communication, it was ineffective (during which time they said they would ask an electrician to come and fix it. How could we sleep if they came to fix it in the middle of the night!) In order not to disturb my family in the middle of the night, I had to pay for the room separately, but said that I would go to bed in the middle of the night and not tell them. I would complain in the morning. The front desk replied that this was the only way. Alas! I was afraid of traffic jams in the early morning, so I got up early and drove a long distance. My wife was so angry that she could only wear pajamas to communicate with them in the hotel lobby. She said that if they did not provide another room, she could only sleep in the lobby with her quilt. Only then would they provide us with another room for free! With such service and facilities, I would be sorry to all tourists if I didn't give a bad review!"
