"Extremely satisfied with the room 👍. The owner was very welcoming and even showed us around the intersection. "The three families came to Zhagana by car, and the experience of staying at the 18-degree B&B on the cliff bank was full! On the rainy day on the road, we arrived late, and the boss called the road conditions and reminded safe driving throughout the whole process, which was especially warm. After arriving at the store, several guys took the initiative to help carry the luggage and the service was very thoughtful. The next morning, when I opened the window, I was instantly amazed by the scenery in front of me, and the mountains were surrounded by clouds and mist, like I was in a fairyland. The homestay is a viewing plank road when you go out. The location is unique. The children laugh and play along the road. "This is the most surprising B&B in my trip to Gannan so far. I thought that the environment of a B&B at this price would not be very good. But when I arrived at the B&B, I found that it was so beautiful. It has a big yard. You can watch the stars at night and the Zhagana scenic area during the day. It is so beautiful! The view from the rooms is fantastic, and it's very convenient for visiting all the attractions in Zhagana. The two handsome young men at the guesthouse were incredibly welcoming. Because the village roads are quite narrow, one of them even came down to pick us up and drive us to the guesthouse. He even drove us out of the house, making our driving very safe. Behind the guesthouse is the famous Lasang Monastery in Zhagana. The guesthouse's facilities, cleanliness, environment, and service were all excellent, making for a very comfortable stay. Since we were tired from sightseeing the next day and didn't want to go out for food, the young men braved the rain to get us takeout and deliver it to our room – we were very touched. After we checked out, they even washed my car and drove us out of the village again. Five stars!

The place was cold when we went there and luckily, the hot water facilities is of no issue. Introduce us the scenic spots and you can see sunrise from the room if the weather is good.
The only thing to improve was the cleanliness but for the price we paid, it is still value for money and of course, a call to the boss, he will immediately clean up the room and provide the clean towels.

The boss is two young guys. The rooms are cleaned by themselves. You can’t think of it. The bathroom shower has intimate tips. The room is booked online. It is estimated that when the guests are almost there, they go to the parking lot below. Waiting for reception, Dinner is also a family they recommend to eat often. It is clean and delicious. It is not expensive, and they also prepare outdoor tables and chairs for guests. Sitting in the foggy mountains drinking tea and eating, it feels like a fairy. Wall crack recommended!

Service: The owner was very attentive, proactively helping with luggage and recommending tours around Zhagana. He quickly addressed any issues I had, though there weren't many to ask for. Parking is available right outside, and it's right on the national highway, which is truly rare.
Environment: Located right on the highway, it's very convenient for getting around. I stayed in a room with a view (see the pictures for details). I could enjoy the view directly from the room or from the third-floor terrace. It rained the night before, so the next morning, opening the curtains, I felt like I was in a fairyland. But the disadvantage is that the boss has opened a hot pot restaurant on the second floor. It is good to eat and enjoy the view, but we who live below are annoyed. , because the sound insulation on the floor is not good, there are still sounds upstairs at 1 o'clock in the evening, and the room smells bad, which is very uncomfortable!
Also, there are no clothes hangers in the room!

TTobiasWe were really lucky to book this hotel as foreign travellers. They had a lady on hand who could speak both German and English and with her, we were able to get transport to Gamu (?) Lake, after the taxi driver she arranged for earler suddenly decided he wanted more money, as we were on our way there. They had lunch with my Wife and I and shared delicious Yak meat with us, before sending us to the lake.
10/10 experience.
