"This time I was on a business trip in [Dengkou County] and chose [Bayangol Hotel]. The experience was so pleasantly surprised! It is definitely the best hotel in the county, and it is not inferior to the high-end hotels in big cities.
* **Exceeding expectations of service:** The front desk staff is very warm and friendly, and the check-in is efficient and fast. Seeing that I have a lot of luggage, they took the initiative to help. When I encountered inquiries, they were also very patient and answered them. I felt as kind as a friend. This kind of sincere service is rare in big cities.
* **Clean and comfortable room:** The room was cleaned **spotlessly**! The bedding was clean and soft, and I slept very well. The bathroom was also very refreshing, and the hot water was sufficient and stable. Although it is in the county, the decoration and facilities of the room are very new and well maintained, and it can be seen that the management is very attentive.
* **Quiet environment:** The hotel is located in a quiet place close to the park/away from the main road. It is very quiet to rest at night, and there is no noise at all, which ensures a good sleep.
* **Surprising details & super warm value-added services:**
* **What impressed me most was the bowl of noodles late at night! ** Because of the delay in the trip, I arrived at the store very late, cold and hungry. Unexpectedly, the lady at the front desk took the initiative to say: ”Thank you for your hard work so late, we still have hot noodles, can you cook a bowl to warm your stomach?” A bowl of hot, simple but delicious noodles instantly dispelled the fatigue and coldness of the journey. This kind of care and human touch beyond the standard service is really rare, and it feels as warm as returning home! 👍"

Posted on Apr 28, 2025|Family 2-bedroom And 1-living Room Suite
Guest User
Our group of six people (Mom, my husband and two children) chose a convenient and comfortable independent family suite with two bedrooms and one living room. The appliances are complete and you can cook and wash clothes. The room is very clean and tidy. The boss is very patient and responsible. We stayed late and entered the house. Two The single bed was together and I was ready to let my mother and the boss live in this bedroom. The two children played on the bed and found blood stains on the sheets. The first reaction should be that the child gave it to the bed, but my boss repeatedly emphasized that it was not him and his brother. After telling the boss, I simply brushed it myself. I washed it and haven’t finished washing. The boss is afraid that we are uncomfortable. I personally came to the door at nearly 11 o’clock and changed the full set of sheets and quilts. I am not willing to do it. I am very embarrassed. I wanted to buy some fruit early in the morning and leave it to the boss because I have to hurry. In short, I recommend Shiguanglimin. I will come back later. Thank you boss for your tolerance 🙏 I wish the boss a prosperous business!
