"On our vacation, a group of friends and I decided to drive to Chuzhou. After looking at many hotels, we ultimately chose the classic Sheraton. The hotel's location is great, and parking is very convenient. Check-in was quick, and the hotel staff provided excellent service. While the room facilities are a bit dated, everything was still very clean and tidy. Breakfast was plentiful, with both Chinese and Western options, and the dining environment was very pleasant. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the concierge department enthusiastically helped me with luggage, smilingly and quickly processed my check-in, providing a seamless and attentive service throughout. Every detail demonstrated the five-star standard. The room was beautifully and elegantly decorated, with soft and comfortable bedding. I had a great night's sleep. The smart devices were fully equipped, allowing me to easily control the lights and curtains. The technology was very impressive. The breakfast options were beyond imagination, featuring both Chinese and Western cuisine. The freshly made fried eggs and special snacks were superb! The gym equipment was brand new, the pool water was clear, and there were professional coaches for guidance. When I was leaving, the staff member, Tomoko, even helped me mail my wallet. "This time when I came to Chuzhou, I stayed at the Kaidi Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale and had a great experience! The hotel is in a prime location, close to the city government, and it only takes ten minutes to take a taxi to Langya Mountain. The room is spacious and bright, the facilities are smart and complete, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and you can sleep well all night.

Guest UserThis hotel offers excellent value for money. It's very close to the East Gate of Langya Mountain Scenic Area, and the surroundings are great. The room was exceptionally clean, and I was very satisfied with the service at the front desk! Highly recommend!

Basic motel. The staff at the front desk was flustered when presented with a foreigner and a passport but after a call to the local police station I was able to check in. Room was basic but clean. Breakfast also basic, usual Chinese hotel breakfast fare, eggs, doujiang, youtiao, vegetables and so on.

It was my first time to go on a business trip to Hanhe, so I carefully searched for more than a dozen hotels here and found that the prices were basically the same. But in the end, I carefully decided on the Platinum Boutique Hotel because it included breakfast with a variety of options, and also provided lunch and dinner, which was very convenient. I drove to the hotel at night and was really surprised. The lobby was spacious and bright. The sofa was very comfortable to lie on after a long drive. The facial scanning check-in was quick and convenient ~ Free parking at the door was convenient and the boss was very enthusiastic to help us girls take the luggage to the room and personally lead us to the room.
Breakfast has everything you need, and there is 24-hour hot water. Taking a shower is so comfortable. Breakfast includes white porridge, preserved egg and lean meat porridge, pumpkin porridge, eight-treasure porridge, soup dumplings, fried dumplings, sesame balls, and fried dough sticks. There is so much that you can't finish it... The boss even asked if I wanted to add some: there is also leek box and dumpling soup... Oh my, boss, aren't you afraid of losing money? !! I've made a lot of money staying here for more than 10 days... My friends will definitely stay here when they come here... There are so many benefits that I can't describe them all, come and experience it, it's a great deal...
The hotel hygiene is also super good. All the bedding was changed and washed every three days. The small details are perfect. The bathroom has dry and wet separation and 24-hour hot water. The strong water flow makes it so comfortable to take a shower. There is also a toilet paper roll, and mineral water is bottled for free to take away during the day! Disposable non-slip slippers... so good...

The space is spacious, with plenty of closets and clean windows. The central air conditioning is very responsive and produces powerful airflow. The bathroom countertop is large, with separate wet and dry areas. There's a laundry area on the third floor, complete with a washing machine and sink. It's sunny and well-ventilated. The problem is that there are so many switches in the room, and it's a bit of a hassle to map them all (a wry smile).

Andrew CTYLocation of the hotel is at the corner of the last building next to a car washing shop. The rows of shophouses along the road and opposite the road have lots of small restaurants selling food. Location of hotel is accessible to 2 different metro stations within 2km of walking. Cleanliness of room wasn’t top notch but was definitely worth the price which I paid for. Staffs were helpful too. Will stay again if I happen to be in that city.
