"We stayed 2 nights in this hotel… it couldn’t have been better! The staff were very friendly and did their best to communicate with us (we recently moved to China so are using our phones to translate). The room was very spacious! The pillows were so comfortable that my husband bought one to take home!! We loved being right across from a beautiful park - definitely worth exploring! Overall, it was amazing. We found out from friends that there are many Atour hotels in China so we look forward to staying there again."

My repeat stay which I paid for a higher grade room. Definitely worth the extra little money. For the TV and in room wifi, you have to turn on the TV switch by the bedside before you can use either. No complimentary tea bags or coffee sachets."

My husband lay down and slept in seconds. Hygiene and clean. The whole hotel is fragrant. Unfortunately, I didn't take pictures, send a photo of Pingtian Lake."

"Highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay near Chizhou train station. We had a good one night stay. It is beside train station, about 5min walk. You can eat or shop around the hotel or call for DiDi to go to the central area or lake. It is easy. We had breakfast in the hotel, simple but good enough. Room size is good for couple. We came from Jiuhuashan area hotel to stay a night here before heading out to Nanjing/ Shanghai. Go with Ji Hotel brand name in China, you won't go wrong as cleanliness and comfort are what they'll deliver."

"Very satisfied. The weather in Chizhou for the first time was not very good, but the hotel's service and breakfast were particularly excellent. I added a big score to this not very happy trip. The suite is quite satisfactory. It is a pity that there is no floor-to-ceiling windows, but the bathtub is in a good location and the view is not bad. Takeaway robots deliver upstairs mini bar drinks, but the solution is enough The water temperature in the bathtub is great. There will be no inaccessible water. The shower also has a seat. GGuest UserI have been to Jiuhua Mountain for several years and this is a relatively good experience First of all, the environment. This is a newly renovated hotel with a very Zen style. The sanitary conditions are also OK. The hotel's products are also very good, including Dyson hair dryers, Guanxia aromatherapy, and Jurlique toiletries. It can be said to be a small but beautiful hotel. Secondly, the service is really impeccable. We went to Jiuhua Street for dinner on the night of check-in, and it started to rain heavily. The hotel owner even asked a friend to pick us up. The breakfast delivered to the room was also very rich, with a wide variety, which provided plenty of energy for worshiping Buddha. All in all, it is a highly recommended hotel with an excellent location. It only takes a dozen minutes to walk to the Palace of the Reincarnation of the Flesh and the small rooftop. It is worth checking out.

The room we stayed in had a tatami, and the window view next to it could see the magnolia trees in the yard very intuitively. The facilities are intelligent, the mattresses and pillows are particularly comfortable, I slept well that night, and I climbed the mountain the next day with a whole energy. The housekeeper also helped us provide a guide on the mountain and explained the map carefully. If you come to Jiuhua Mountain again, you will definitely choose this homestay again.

GGuest UserA truly exceptional stay on Jiuhuashan I have stayed in many guesthouses across China, but this one stands out in a very special way. From the very first moment, the communication via WeChat was friendly, quick, and reliable – even though my Chinese is limited and the staff’s English is not extensive. Still, everything worked beautifully. Warm, patient, uncomplicated. It already gives you the feeling that you are in good hands. I stayed for two days, and throughout my entire time there, everything was perfectly organized. I was picked up right on time upon arrival – an invaluable service in a mountain area that can be a little confusing for newcomers. The guesthouse itself is extremely comfortable: warm, well-designed rooms with excellent facilities, a huge screen, electric curtains, cozy bedding, and all the small details that make travel easier. I immediately felt welcomed and well taken care of. During my stay, the staff assisted me with everything I needed, always with kindness and without any complications. When it was time to leave, they also arranged transport back to my bus at exactly the time I requested. Truly flawless service. But the most extraordinary highlight was something I did not expect at all: the free guided tour that the homestay organizes for all their guests. They drove us to the starting point, and then we spent the day walking through the misty mountain paths, visiting nine of the most important temples on Jiuhuashan. It was magical – quiet, mysterious, deeply atmospheric. Our guide took wonderful care of everyone, explained so much about the temples, the mountain, the history, and the spirit of Dizang Bodhisattva, and created a sense of depth that went far beyond sightseeing. This was not a tourist activity. It was a spiritual and cultural experience – something you can only receive from people who truly love their mountain and want to share it with others. In the fog, among ancient stones, incense smoke, and the sound of footsteps on wet leaves, one begins to understand why Jiuhuashan has been a sacred place for centuries. My conclusion: This homestay offers not only comfort, warmth, and excellent service, but also a genuine connection to the spiritual heart of Jiuhuashan. I can recommend Tanxiangyuan Homestay without any hesitation. For pilgrims, travelers, lovers of nature, or anyone seeking a meaningful experience, this place is simply perfect. I am grateful for every moment I spent there.

The overall design is relatively new and very clean and tidy. Service: Every boss in the store (I think they are all bosses) is very friendly, especially the tall lady who serves tea in the evening. Her smile is very contagious. Food: The focus is on afternoon tea. The appearance and taste are both online. I like osmanthus black tea and tangerine peel melon seeds very much. I also order meals here. Although the price is higher than that of restaurants outside, the environment and hygiene are friendly. I have to say that Jiuhua bamboo shoots fried meat and the small cold dishes of snow vegetables and fresh bamboo shoots in the morning are really delicious😋

GGuest UserThe misty rain was on Jiuhua Mountain, the air was humid and cold, but I couldn't feel it at all when I entered the house. The reception girl and the aunt were very warm. They warmly opened the floor heating in the room in advance. The room was warm and comfortable. The quilt was dry and tidy and smelled very clean. Because I took the elderly, I lived for two days, most of the time I ate in the store. The kitchen was very clean and tasted good. It was no different from the outside restaurant. I also warmly helped us leave the chicken soup that was not finished to the evening. I used to come to Jiuhuashan every year, this time I lived the most comfortable time. GGuest UserThis is a charming and meticulously kept courtyard guesthouse. The owners and their family are incredibly hospitable, and the service is exceptional. They readily offer pick-up and drop-off services whenever needed. The place is spotlessly clean. Dinner in the courtyard was incredibly enjoyable, followed by several delightful rounds of tea. This trip to Jiuhua was truly perfect. Many thanks to the owners; we'll definitely be back!

The room was very well cleaned without any unpleasant odors, which was excellent! The window in my room was a bit small, which had its advantages, as it prevented outside moisture and fog from getting in, which is important since the bedding can easily become damp when staying in a mountain setting. The receptionist was very helpful and even planned my travel route! 👍 On check-out day, the hotel provided a shuttle to take our luggage down to the foot of the mountain, saving us the trouble of making the trip. 👍 Overall, I was very satisfied.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located a stone throw away after alighting from the tourist bus at the entrance to scenic area (50RMB to n fro the foot of the mountain). Had already chatted with owner on WeChat n he fetched me after I alighted . Room is clean and functional . Am an easy traveller and very satisfied with the hotel. Of course you can walk around and look for a hotel (there are many many hotels !!!!!!) but I think if u pre book u will make your life easier especially if u have a luggage. He planned the itinerary for me. and it was a very fulfilling walking trip in nature visiting temples and paying respects to 地藏菩萨 . So many restaurants too!!!!!!!! He even sent me to the bus station . Thank u He is a kind soul . He quickly called me when he see me walking in “wrong direction” when actually i wanted to visit the temple next to bus stop . There are also vending machines and ice cream in the lobby. If you are greedy and don’t want to go out, you can buy some snacks here. Here I would like to especially thank the young man in the housekeeping department and the master in the engineering department on May 2. On that day, there was a problem with the password lock of my suitcase. I originally wanted the master in the engineering department to help me pry the lock open, and I could buy a new suitcase. The two of them helped me fix it after a long time. I am grateful.
