"First off, it's absolutely beautiful, especially the public areas. We stayed in the Bamboo Grove room, not the Rock room, and the Bamboo Grove room truly felt like an oxygen bar nestled in the mountains. Even getting ready, you're surrounded by bamboo, it felt like I could live longer if I stayed there for a few extra days.
Secondly, the service was incredibly thoughtful. As soon as we arrived, a bellhop helped us with our luggage. The hotel grounds have a lot of uphill and downhill paths, and since the Bamboo Grove rooms don't have elevators, the bellhop carried our luggage all the way up. All the staff greeted us whenever they passed by, and the butler's online responses were very prompt. And finally, the sweet potato candy they gave us when we checked out was delicious.
My only suggestions would be to improve the breakfast a bit and to add some railings or handrails along the path to the Bamboo Grove rooms, as it can get quite slippery when it rains. Other than that, there weren't any major issues, and it's definitely worth experiencing."

"I had high expectations for the hotel because of the positive reviews, but I was greatly disappointed after checking in. The room was clean and tidy overall, and the bed was comfortable. However, some amenities were lacking. For example, the shower faucet screws were loose and couldn't be secured, requiring you to lift it while showering. The electric towel rack, which was supposed to be a plus, was prone to burns due to the lack of instructions on how to use it. Hygiene needs improvement; the faucets had old water stains, and the mirror frame had obvious rust and dirt. The food, which I had anticipated, was rather average. Finally, the service was particularly disappointing. The staff clearly needed training; not a single person smiled throughout the entire stay. I booked a room with a minibar, but the food and drinks provided did not match the pictures provided and were very limited in quantity. After contacting customer service, they told me that this was already an overpayment. They were stingy, not even willing to give out cheap snacks for children, which made it seem like they were being stingy. It was far from being a full-service hotel. After complaining to Ctrip customer service, the hotel said they could give a small gift as an apology at check-out the next day. However, when we checked out the next day, they still had a cold attitude. The customer service didn't mention the gift at all after we finished checking out, and they only gave it to us when we asked for it. In addition, an elderly person traveling with us cut their foot on the bathroom tiles and bled. The front desk only gave us a disinfectant wipe and didn't offer any words of apology or care. I'm so disappointed. This is considered one of the better hotels in Chishui Town, and it's really terrible!"

My best friend and I stayed here, and honestly, I've always been a bit skeptical about booking hotels online. But after experiencing this one today, I'm a complete convert! The value for money is absolutely incredible. We'd just finished our college entrance exams and didn't have much money, but this hotel made us feel like we were getting five-star service without the five-star price tag!
It really reminded me of a hotel I stayed at in Sanya – it even has its own pool, and the views are absolutely stunning. We ordered a coffee and just spent the whole afternoon there. It honestly felt on par with hotels in major big cities. I loved it so much! If I ever get the chance, my best friend and I are definitely coming back here. Five stars, five stars, five stars! "The hotel is new and the facilities are excellent, and the service is as good as always. But!! I don't know what's wrong with the owner. During the May Day holiday, they were doing renovations from 8 am to 6 pm every day. If you wanted to rest after returning from the scenic area, forget it! They'd tell you to wait until the renovation workers had used up their drills, or you could just go out and wander around all day and not come back. Absolutely infuriating!"

2. **Luxurious enough**: The design is simple, elegant, and subtly zen. It boasts huge floor-to-ceiling windows, high-end amenities and products, impeccable cleanliness, attentive service, delicious food, and a rich breakfast that's served until 1 PM.

"The design of the stilted house B&B is very good. It is located at the top of the ancient town, surrounded by mountains and water. The whole wooden structure makes a little floor noise when walking (I can't understand why). The bathroom is spacious and clean. There is a tea table in the living room. It's interesting to drink tea in front of the window or leaning on the railing. The ancient town is quiet and elegant, and it is a good place. After booking the hotel, the proprietress contacted us, informed us of the parking location, and arranged for someone to help with the luggage! (Because the B&B is in the ancient town, the car can't drive in, you have to park outside, and it's not far to walk in) The proprietress is really good, with many additional services, arranging foot baths in the evening, sending fruits to eat, recommending tourist routes and food, which is thoughtful. "It's rare to go out with good friends during the annual vacation. I've always wanted to come to Chishui. It's also convenient to come from Guiyang. The location of this hotel is very convenient for transportation. The lady at the front desk has a very good attitude. The room is very clean. I'm afraid of the cold, so I told the front desk and a quilt was brought up immediately. The service attitude was really good."

The owner was incredibly kind. We hadn't paid attention to our booking dates, and the receptionist, who arrived the day after our scheduled check-in, readily let us check in. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet, and we slept very well. The hotel is run by the family, and the cleaning was meticulous and thorough. The food was delicious; it's a long-established local restaurant with fresh ingredients. The fish was even caught by eye, and the portions were generous. We were very satisfied with our stay and dining here. It's great value for money, with clean, spacious rooms and complete facilities—more comfortable than many chain hotels. Choosing this place is definitely a safe bet.

It’s very pleasant to walk around the manor after the meal. The important thing is that they are really considerate. They will give free milk and bread snacks to families with children. The hotel is located at the intersection of Red Army Road. It is not convenient to travel. There is also a market on Red Army Road at the entrance of the hotel. There are many stalls on the 700-meter street selling fresh vegetables and fruits. There is also a Meredo supermarket 100 meters on the right side of the hotel. It is a supermarket in Chishui. Shopping is convenient. Just in the Chishui Waterfall Scenic Area, the logo is obvious. After arriving, the store is very enthusiastic to greet you. There is plenty of hot water in the room and there are disposable bath towels and other items. After getting up in the morning, the scenery outside the window is very beautiful, the air is fresh, there is a small terrace after the room, you can sit and enjoy the scenery, listening to the sound of the water is particularly pleasant.
However, breakfast is not included, you can order a green noodles at the store, which tastes good. After breakfast, go to the scenic spot to visit. You can follow the store's instructions to the ticket gate of the Great Falls. After the ticket is checked, you can walk along the road for a short while to the elevator. You can take the elevator down to the Great Falls attractions. It is very convenient to save legs and there are no people who go early. If you want to see the waterfall, you must stay in the scenic area, and you must choose this farmhouse. It is super convenient.
