It really reminded me of a hotel I stayed at in Sanya – it even has its own pool, and the views are absolutely stunning. We ordered a coffee and just spent the whole afternoon there. It honestly felt on par with hotels in major big cities. I loved it so much! If I ever get the chance, my best friend and I are definitely coming back here. Five stars, five stars, five stars! The dishes have local characteristics, are delicious and affordable, and the restaurant waiters are friendly. Every front desk clerk is very nice, enthusiastic and attentive. There is a lot of luggage. The front desk clerk will return the luggage to the guests in time and send it to the elevator. The hotel environment is the same as the photos on the platform. "This hotel is truly unique and intimate, perfectly blending in with the cliffs and caves, offering a hidden and quiet retreat. The staff are all incredibly patient, warm, and attentive, with most of them being local residents. They even provide thoughtful amenities like contact lens solution and disposable underwear for children. We stayed in the cave section, and while the room was a bit damp, which is to be expected with the local climate and cave environment, there were drying facilities available. Dinner was excellent with generous portions, and the breakfast selection was exquisite! It was an unforgettable experience for both us and our children!"

"This hotel is located in the heart of Chishui city and appears to be quite new. Parking is very convenient and free of charge, which is a huge plus. The facilities and linens are all new and fresh. There was a slight new-construction smell, but it wasn't overwhelming. Initially, the air conditioning in our first room wasn't working properly and wouldn't cool down. After contacting the front desk, the staff member whose WeChat name was 'Yiyi' (一一) was incredibly helpful. She quickly arranged for us to move to a room on the third floor. What's more, a staff member went ahead to the new room to turn on the AC and pre-cool it for us – excellent service! The new room had an outdoor balcony, which was perfect for smoking and enjoying the street view. It was also surprisingly quiet at night, ensuring a good night's sleep. One minor issue was that in the bathroom, only the overhead shower worked; the handheld shower attachment had no water flow. This might be something worth checking. The bathroom itself was a little on the narrow side. The hotel's location is great for exploring local eateries, easily accessible by foot or taxi. On a side note, when booking, I highly recommend choosing the package that includes complimentary tickets. It's incredibly cost-effective! Individual tickets for the Great Waterfall and Yanziyan are quite expensive, so getting two tickets to these main attractions included with each room is a fantastic deal. The breakfast wasn't particularly impressive. We went around 9 AM, and some dishes were already gone with no replenishment. However, upon check-out, 'Yiyi' from the front desk thoughtfully gave us a souvenir, which was a very kind and personal touch. Overall, the facilities are relatively new."
