"I left my wristband in the room when I checked out. Thank you to the front desk staff for contacting me and the housekeeper who cleaned room 0731 on the morning of July 28th (sorry I couldn't find her name) for returning it.
Regarding the hotel's amenities, it was a shame there wasn't a refrigerator in the room and the TV couldn't project screens. However, around 5:00 PM on the 27th, the gentleman at the front desk kindly helped by temporarily storing food in the restaurant, which solved the problem.
I hope the front desk and housekeeping manager will see this and give you a compliment, ideally according to company policy. 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽

"The room was quite clean. The service of the housekeeping lady was also good. I really like this.
The only thing I was very dissatisfied with was that the breakfast stall closed too early, at 9:30. We went there during the May Day holiday, and there were still many people in the restaurant at 9:30, and they started to close the food. It was not humane at all.
The location of this hotel tends to be a resort, and the environment is so good. Resort hotels usually close for breakfast at 10:30.
Because there are also lunch and lunch buffets! So they are in a hurry to close the food.
In fact, I also had the hotel's dinner buffet, and it was the same problem. The food was very slow. Many dishes were empty and they were called for a long time before they were served. The waiters who cooked in the restaurant had a stern face and were not willing to serve. They were not as enthusiastic as the housekeeping ladies.
The environment outside the hotel is very good.

”Location” It is not far from the Yellow River Building and Binzhou Museum, and it is on the main road, with convenient transportation. There is no underground garage, and the ground parking lot is tight during the holidays. The uncle in the parking lot is very enthusiastic and will help coordinate parking spaces. Taxis in Binzhou are very cheap. We basically don't use the car after we come back to rest at noon, and it doesn't cost much to take a taxi in the afternoon and evening.
”Room” The bed is very comfortable, the linens are generally good, and it would be better if there is a small hand towel; the slippers are very comfortable, and the hair will not be rough after using shampoo; there is a small refrigerator but no safe, and there is a can of Coke and biscuits every day; the only complaint is that the water temperature is not stable. It is okay to suddenly become cold or hot, but it suddenly became ”hot” twice and I almost got burned.
”Breakfast” The restaurant is peak from 8 to 9 in the morning, and the seats are very tight and it will be a bit noisy. TengjiaThe hotel is newly opened. It was previously owned by Wanda. Later, Wanda sold all its last hotel business to Ctrip. As an employee of Wanda, I feel very sorry.
The hotel's basic facilities are very new, but I don't know why the gym can't be opened with a room card. The self-service laundry room is free and very good! The breakfast category cannot be compared with five-star hotels, but for this price, the cost performance is extremely high and can be said to be the ceiling level. All drinks in the mini bar are free. For cattle and horses and heavy coffee lovers, it is very unexpected that there is a capsule coffee machine! I only know that this configuration is only available in five-star hotels! There is a charging pile at the door, both fast and slow! It's really great for new energy car owners! !
During the May Day holiday, all hotels increased their prices, but this Wanda hotel did not increase its prices! I am very relieved! !
Disadvantages: 1. Employees lack training on the overall building structure. It is a bit unreasonable that employees don't know whether the underground parking lot is running. 2. The noise of the central air-conditioning in the room is too loud. Most people may be able to accept it, but it is unacceptable for people who rest in a high-pressure working environment.
Summary: I will come to this hotel next time I come to Yangxin!

Low-key luxury, unrestrained and profound. This is a big hotel that I accidentally found on the way to Zibo Gankao. It is very high-end, nearly 60 square meters, with good value for money. If I have the opportunity to come again, I will book it again. I recommend it.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to Wanda and Jianda, and it is especially convenient to travel and eat. The room is spacious and bright, clean and tidy, no smell, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the stay is particularly practical. Must focus on praise the front desk staff! Check-in and check-out are efficient and fast, the service attitude is gentle and patient, and any questions are patiently answered, intimate and thoughtful, and the whole stay experience is particularly good. The breakfast is nutritious and delicious, and there is also on-site ramen to taste, which is a great bonus. The hotel's free parking is also very convenient, the overall stay is comfortable and intimate, has been recommended to friends, next time I will choose this!

Clean, good service, although old but the facilities are very complete, the third floor is connected to the restaurant at night is a bit noisy, the hot water is a bit unstable, hot and cold, no window screens open the window is easy to enter the bug, there is basically no food for breakfast at 8 o'clock. The air conditioner has not been turned on yet.

The apartment I booked was far from the main building, so I had to call the front desk's external line from my cell phone to get service. The apartment was nice and clean, but there was no laundry detergent or liquid. I had to ask the front desk, and when they didn't have it, I had to ask someone else for it. After a lot of searching, I finally got it. This one-bedroom apartment was actually quite small, not even as big as a traditional king-size bed, and not worth it. The front desk staff needed improvement. They didn't even know where to find a charging station when I asked them. This level of service doesn't align with a five-star hotel. There's nothing much nearby, and Wanda Plaza is a ten-minute drive away. Overall, it was pretty average.
