"The place was easy to find. The owner led us to our parking spot after we arrived. (Because one elevator was out of service, we had to walk around the building from the ground floor to get in; it was quite hot!) After checking in, we went to our room. The view from the window was beautiful, the air was fresh, and the price was reasonable. We went out for some fresh air early in the morning, and the nearby attractions weren't too far away—just a few minutes' drive. The room was very clean and hygienic, and we had a very comfortable stay! (We arrived around 6 PM on July 19th and checked out on the morning of the 21st; the charge was ¥20.)"

When I returned to the hotel in the evening, the front desk hadn't said anything, so I assumed it was fixed and used the toilet, but it wasn't fixed at all. "Bama Junlan Hot Spring Hotel – The only geomagnetic hot spring in China♨️ My friends and I stayed here, and the service system was indeed excellent; you could tell the management's training requirements were well-implemented. 1. Generally, vehicles need to be parked in a designated parking lot. Security will arrange a shuttle to take you to the hotel lobby. After check-in, a bellhop will escort you to your room. During your stay, if you want to go to any area, you can call the front desk or go downstairs to take a shuttle. 2. We called the front desk three times during our stay, twice because we didn't have our room cards. They responded very quickly and arranged for someone to come and open the door (after thoroughly verifying the guest's information, of course). 3. The hotel housekeeping staff proactively asked if we wanted turndown service, brought milk, and tidied up for the night. This is quite rare, regardless of whether it's the off-season or not. 4. The indoor service staff in the hot spring area were very polite. Both the male and female changing rooms were clean and tidy, with towels and bathrobes neatly arranged. The only drawback was the lack of conditioner in the shower area. 5. The outdoor hot spring area staff were particularly enthusiastic. They reminded us about the soaking time for the high-temperature pools, asked if we wanted fresh tea, guided us around, and were very friendly when we left, informing us about the washing and resting areas. 6. For dining, I experienced the hot pot set meal for dinner here. The portion was huge; the four of us wasted quite a bit, which was a shame, but the taste was excellent. I drank four bottles; it's non-alcoholic, so I just treated it like beer – very refreshing. Conclusion: Staying at Junlan Hot Spring in Bama is the best choice.
