"來野三關辦事，當天晚上八九點到的酒店，前台小姐姐告訴所訂房型衹剩下一間小的，兩個人住還是夠的 ，後來一看真的非常小…剛開始以為是因為房間訂滿了，想着住一晚也不礙事，後來發現根本沒定幾間房，至少我們住的那層一個人都沒有，作為消費者其實是不好想的，大大小小的酒店也住的不少，從來衹有可能因為某些情況免費升級房型，降低需求也是第一次遇到。而且想着淡季加上因為辦事緣故中午想再回酒店休息可能會晚些退房這個情況，提前給酒店打了電話商量此情況，老闆也是在電話裏説可以的，才果斷定的你們家，結果到了第二天早上八點出門又給前台（不知道是老闆還是）強調了一下我們的情況，老闆卻直接説系統會自動記錄超時時間，超時直接扣費啊，瞬間下頭…酒店環境衞生其實還算可以，但作為消費者不滿意的地方我還是要提出來。也希望作為酒店商家和前台能以消費者的需求為中心。"
