"Finally, Da'anxi has a new five-star luxury hotel! ✨ It's currently in its soft opening phase, with some facilities still being perfected, but my overall stay experience was already incredibly surprising! The location is super central, right next to Baolong Plaza, and the building itself is very attractive. The underground parking has plenty of spaces, and the elevator goes directly to the public areas, which are brand new and grand. The lobby is spacious and open, and the high ceilings on the floors are very comfortable. A special shout-out to the front desk staff, Xiao Kai and Xiao Liang! I accidentally booked the wrong room type when checking in late at night, and after a brief chat, they enthusiastically helped me upgrade to a king-size room for free, and thoughtfully provided two room cards. Their service was incredibly warm-hearted ❤️. Overall, the room was bright and airy, with excellent views from the sealed windows, directly overlooking the infinity pool and the mall – the scenery was superb! The bathroom amenities were very thoughtful, with atomized glass and a brand-new, clean bathtub. The bathrobes felt much higher quality than those in typical hotels. The room also came with a sofa and a small table and chairs, making for a very comfortable living experience. The smart home system throughout the room and the robot delivery service were incredibly convenient. The only minor downsides were that the mini-fridge's cooling wasn't great and the air conditioning temperature was just average. Dining during off-peak hours for breakfast meant fewer people, and the staff at the live cooking station would proactively bring dishes to the table, which made for a very good experience. I also have to honestly mention a few minor drawbacks: as a newly renovated hotel, there was still a slight faint smell, even though tea bags were placed in the room to help with it. Also, the bathroom floor was a bit slippery, so you need to be careful when walking around. Overall, these minor issues don't detract from the overall excellent experience, and I'm looking forward to a perfect grand opening!"

"Two years later, I'm back at Qingshuiyan Hot Spring Resort for my second stay, and each visit brings a new sense of healing. Rain falls on the mountains, soaking the lush greenery in a fresh, crisp humidity. In the distance, mist swirls, and the mountain breeze, carrying the scent of plants and trees, drifts into the room. It’s quiet and peaceful, and the hustle and bustle of city life slowly melt away in this serene relaxation. I specifically came to pay respects to the Qingshui Ancestor. With the incense smoke, rain, and mountain views, my mind feels clear and refreshed. The most heartwarming aspect was the customer relations lady. She was meticulous, thoughtful, and patiently attended to all my needs, making me feel incredibly warm, welcome, and right at home! Two days in the mountains, healing and reassuring. I'm already looking forward to my next therapeutic visit."

"Pros: unexpected clean and comes with big room. Hot water and pressure was good and instant. Room service was good. Excellent service by 小阳 who went beyond her duty to assist with enquires. Location is near new Hight speed train station east station. Cons: unfortunately, smoking is allowed which is detrimental. Smoke will sip through the room door. Will choose other newer non smoking hotel if available."

All facilities worked perfectly, and it was quiet, allowing for a good rest. At this price point, it offers good value for money. "The room was nice, check-in was quick, not many people around, and it was quiet. Breakfast was plentiful. It's convenient for self-driving with both ground and underground parking available. It's connected to Fortune Plaza, making transportation easy. It's considered one of the few upscale hotels in Anxi."

"Qingshuiyan Hot Spring is highly recommended! It blows all other hot springs around Xiamen out of the water! The scenery is absolutely stunning! There are over 40 hot spring outlets, each with a unique design! It's definitely worth a visit! If your budget is 1000+ RMB, you can stay there for one night! Don't stay at Qingyunju (699 RMB)! Especially if you're not feeling well! The rooms are newly renovated and have a strong odor! Staying there for a while can make you dizzy! When you contact the front desk, they deny it, saying it was renovated in 2007! The duty manager, Xiao Su, is very sincere and helpful, running around in his little car! He deserves five stars for his service! Also, the breakfast is quite plentiful, but the taste is just average!"

The whole-house smart control system was a breeze to use; controlling lights and curtains by voice was very helpful for someone staying alone. The room's soundproofing was good, so it was quiet and not noisy at night. The front desk was efficient with check-in and check-out, and their service was attentive and responsive to needs. The facilities were well-maintained and felt new, providing a high level of safety, which made me feel very secure as a solo guest. The value for money is excellent. For anyone visiting Anxi alone, this is a great choice. I'll definitely stay here again next time. Highly recommended!"

"A day before our arrival, the housekeeper sent us a detailed message with all sorts of tips and information. They covered everything, even asking if we were traveling with children so they could prepare special toiletries and toys for them. The swimming pool had free water guns and kayaks, and the lobby offered free Hanfu for photo ops. When I arrived, I saw a lovely young lady waiting for us in the parking lot – it turned out to be Xiao Shi, who I had been communicating with. This seemingly delicate girl actually helped us with our luggage and guided us to our room, which was incredibly thoughtful. What's more, when my sister left her cosmetics in the room, Xiao Shi contacted me immediately and even delivered them to our door! Such a dedicated personal butler definitely deserves a bonus!
