"Generally very impressed with the hotel, well priced, chic aesthetic, well placed to tram lines 14/18 for access to city centre. Breakfast provision was also excellent. Made enquiries before arrival around eligibility for free local transport travel card available to guests, The team (Olga) was very helpful in sending me the information needed and it was greatly appreciated, a fantastic perk of staying in Geneva hotels. Only downside was the airport shuttle, having asked about it at desk we were not told that making a reservation was necessary, waited for 20 minutes for shuttle (which was due in 7) only to be rejected as people who waited after us had ”reserved”. Waiting for the next one with added uncertainty of if we would be able to get on it would have risked missing our flight check in time so we had to dash to the tram. So make sure to booked/ reserve the airport shuttle. Overall I loved Hotel BnB and was sad that this last experience tainted the stay at little."

"Friendly, clean, and a good parking concept. Unfortunately, the bathroom isn't wheelchair accessible, which you would expect from a complex of this caliber. At least one room at the same price as the others should be available in a new hotel according to SIA 500 standards. While able-bodied individuals can use such a wet room, the reverse is unfortunately not true. Everything else was very wheelchair-friendly."

"We were upgraded by Trip.com to the AppartCity the day before as our original hotel was fully booked. Although the AppartCity was slightly further from Geneva Airport the bus service was excellent with buses about every 20 mins. We had a Superior grade apartment with kitchen and roof terrace. Very comfortable room and beds. We had the breakfast in the morning and it was excellent with a choice of cooked breakfast, cold meats and cheese, continental breakfast. It was also excellent. The hotel also provides a free bus travel card for the duration of your stay and we used it to get into Geneva. Again good regular service. Excellent location. Great hotel"

"The hotel is very close to the airport, and the shuttle bus service to and from the airport is super convenient. They also provide Geneva city transport tickets. On New Year's Eve, the front desk even gave out Alipay red packets which could be used for purchases, and the service was excellent. It was a bit difficult to open two suitcases in the room, and there was a strange noise coming from somewhere in the room."

"The check-in process was quick, and we were provided with complimentary Geneva public transport passes. There's a direct bus service from the hotel to the city center, which only takes about 20 minutes. We chose to park our car at the hotel's parking lot and use the bus to get into town. Our room was well-equipped and clean. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. A shopping mall directly opposite the hotel made it very convenient for any shopping needs. Additionally, from the hotel corridor windows, you can enjoy lovely views of the distant mountains."
