"Fantastic! The breakfast was delicious, and the dining area was beautiful. The room was quite spacious, and a big plus was having a microwave and sparkling water machine. The only downside is that it seems to be an old building conversion, so there's a slight creaking sound when walking on the hallway floor. Overall, I highly recommend it!"

"Traveling with my teenage daughter and my family of three, the hotel was old but very clean. Three single beds and even a bathtub – excellent value for money. It's in a great location for exploring the city on foot. Parking was an issue though; the Victoria car park directly in front has a height limit of 1.8m, so my car couldn't fit. I ended up parking at a nearby car park for 30 Euros a day. The sink drained slowly, and when I asked to change rooms, they didn't have any available, but they kindly offered a complimentary breakfast for three, which was satisfying. For reference, after I poured hot water down the sink about three times, the water started draining a bit faster, haha."

"Pros: 1. **Convenient Location:** The hotel is right above various transportation hubs, including bus stops, tram stations, and a subway station. 2. **Close to Train Station:** The train station is large and very close; I walked there in 8 minutes, and the path was good, making it easy to pull my luggage. 3. **Modern Room Amenities:** The room has full electronic controls and air conditioning, so the hardware facilities are quite good. 4. **Modern Art Vibe:** I really liked the modern art atmosphere throughout the building. There were also many art books by world-renowned modern artists nearby, which I took some time to browse. 5. **Fresh Linens:** The bedding was relatively new, well-laundered, and neatly ironed. 6. **Excellent Breakfast:** The breakfast was fantastic! There was a chef making omelets to order, smoked salmon, and a variety of hot dishes every day. 7. **Shopping Nearby:** There's a large shopping mall and a commercial street just across the road. Cons: 1. **Housekeeping Issue:** One day, I turned on the 'make up room' light and left. The housekeeping department didn't clean my room. When I returned in the evening and saw them outside the neighboring room, I asked them to clean mine as soon as possible, and I went to the lobby to wait. After an hour and forty minutes, I came back, and the room still hadn't been cleaned. This felt disrespectful to me. I spoke to the front desk, and after a few more tens of minutes, I inquired again, and the room was finally cleaned. This issue didn't happen again. 2. **Water Stains:** Some of the facilities had white limescale, which should be cleaned more thoroughly."

"There was some renovation work going on in the hotel, so the hallways weren't as clean, but the room itself was gorgeous with a beautiful city view. The only drawback was that the bed wasn't very comfortable. The room was clean and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay (except for slippers). There was no kettle or refrigerator."

"We had a really pleasant stay at nhow Brussels Bloom. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location is convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was well-organized, and the amenities were excellent. Perfect for a stay with friends in Brussels!"

"The hotel room itself was very clean upon arrival and maid service was fantastic. The room was basic but met all of our needs. The bed was very comfy and extra pillows were supplied. The bathroom came equipped with a hairdryer and clean towels supplied every day. The shower head was broken and the design is slightly flawed, which meant the bathroom floor flooded upon use. This was perhaps only specific to our room. The location is central. It is a 20/30 minute walk to the grand palace. There is a tram stop right outside and a metro station 5 minute walk away. There are also 2 convenience stores on the street to buy drink and food from. Overall, this hotel was reliable and comfortable. I would definitely book again in the future."

"The hotel is very well located and beautiful. The staff are very attentive and friendly. The bed is very comfortable, and they even provide body lotion for after your shower, plus there's a free water fountain. The only downside was some inconsiderate guests who were talking loudly early in the morning and letting their children run around the hallway, and another guest with a dog that barked early. But the hotel can't be blamed for ill-mannered guests."

"Super Stylish and well maintained and clean. The service was great and the team from reception to bar staff were brilliant. The location was ok, but we were quite happy with a little walk, the first day it was about 25 minutes to the old town but not so picturesque. The following day we took a little stroll through a garden route to town which was much nicer. We were there for a concert, which was about a 20 minute taxi drive. We used the facilities from the roof top bar, enjoying the tacos and cocktails of an evening, as well as breakfast on the Sunday. We also used the lobby bar which was very relaxed. We didn't get around to trying the Peruvian restaurant, but it looked nice."
