"We arrived after 6pm so we needed to call the resort hotline to find out what’s the latest check in instructions. It would be great we get informed about this in advance. But the resort hotline was very helpful and we were able to get what we needed to check in and reached our house. Our house was fully equipped (except cooking oil excluded).
The main restaurant is on the other side of the road and you needed to book in advance. We were “forced” to move our dinner earlier after reservation without a proper reason, so it’s a bit disappointing on the experience for family traveling from far to stay at your place.
The only suggestion is the lighting in the living room. It was quite dark and only with pure white light. It should have ambient lighting color for vacation. Thanks"

"Our favorite stay in Tasmania! We are connected with Telstra/Belong so we had internet access in our cabins. We stayed in a contemporary spa cabin— however I wasnt sure how to use the spa bath so better check with reception. Other than that, great well heated room with high ceilings in the middle of winter. Also, breakfast can be improved but not bad"

"It was already dark with a sky full of stars when we arrived at the hotel. The front desk staff, who were available until 2 AM, were very welcoming. The parking lot was spacious and convenient, even with EV charging stations. The room was reasonably spacious, and the window offered views of a wild, natural garden. The common areas were very cozy, and breakfast was plentiful. The restaurant's balcony also offered a nice view. It's only a 3-minute drive to the Cradle Mountain Visitor Centre."

"The room completely exceeded our expectations, and the reception was very friendly. Initially, I thought the hotel looked a bit old from the official pictures, but once we checked in, I found it to be excellent. I was very satisfied with the cleanliness, furnishings, and overall environment. The location is great, less than 200 meters from the Visitor Center, and it's only a 3-minute drive to Peppers for dinner. It's also a 2-minute drive to the Cradle Mountain center. In the evenings, we even saw animals outside our room, which was a very special experience. We visited in autumn, and wood was already provided in the room, so burning charcoal in the stove ourselves was a lot of fun. All in all, we were very satisfied and would definitely choose this place again when we return to Cradle Mountain-Lake St. Clair National Park."

"We didn't notice that we needed to check in before 6pm. When we arrived at the hotel after the Cradle Mountain hike, it was just over ten minutes. At first, we thought we had found the wrong entrance to the reception (it was a regular hotel, not a B&B, so we didn't expect that we couldn't check in so early. The sun didn't set until 8pm). There were two staff members sitting at the reception counter (glass door, visible from the outside), and no matter how we knocked or gestured, they just shook their hands. There was a small iron box on the door that needed to be opened with the password given in the email, and there was a key inside. But there were several big words in my email: Unable to display the content of the email! There was no way, we called the hotel, but they didn't answer and transferred the call to voice, so we had to leave a message. Just when we were about to contact Ctrip, the people inside finally came out, opened the iron box, and gave us the key. How arrogant!!!"
