The room was practically flooded when it rained, the water was so bad it was impossible to drain the tub. Daily room cleaning costs extra. The lack of a front desk is inconvenient. It's just an apartment, after all. They only give you a key to unlock it on the afternoon of your check-in. The location is okay; Spar is downstairs.
