"I have a very nice thought and a very disgusting thought at this stay. We stayed at another hotel until the day before, but we liked the town of Elcharten very much, and decided to stay at this hotel, which is well located and well-conspicuous. From the check-in, he was very polite and explained many things about Elcharten such as town explanations and trekking courses, and I realized that I chose the best hotel in Elcharten. The response, amenities and rooms when buying goods were all perfect. A sad thing happened at the breakfast I was looking forward to. It was my day back to Japan, so I slowly headed to the breakfast venue. I chose a seat and was impressed by the luxurious breakfast. When I first tried to warm the croissant with a machine that warmed the bread, the staff with glasses yelled from behind. ”Only toast bread! Please read it properly !!” It was a loud voice that everyone around me looked back. It was bread in English. I can understand English and Spanish, but I was so careful that I cried. I understand why the caramel burns, but I'm sorry I have a habit of eating warm croissants. After that, I stood behind me to be monitored, so I put the meal on the plate in a sense of tension. The other two staff were very kind and smiled. The others were perfect, but I returned to Japan with a very bad feeling that was ruined by being careful at the last breakfast. But it is a nice hotel that I want to use again."

"Hotel with good facilities, comfortable beds, large room and spacious bathroom as well as good heating and hot water. On the downside, there is only Wi-Fi in the breakfast and reception area and, taking into account that there is hardly any coverage in the whole town, it is very inconvenient not to be able to connect in the room and having to do it alone from there. I would also like to point out that, except for the girl who is at reception in the afternoon, who is lovely, the rest were quite rude. For the rest, everything was perfect."

"I really liked this hostel; I stayed here again after my camping trip. The hotel restaurant was delicious; it's become my personal canteen. The kitchen was fully equipped, but the refrigerator was a bit messy. It's close to the trailhead; a taxi to the bus center cost 5000 pesos."

"This hotel was very clean and nicely decorated to make it welcoming and cozy. The front desk personal were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The breakfast consisted of sweet breads, jams, cereals, yoghurt, multi grain bread and hard boiled eggs. It was quite enjoyable and filling. The mattresses were very comfortable also. We made a great choice in selecting this hotel."

"The room was clean and the amenities were excellent. They also lent me trekking poles and crampons free of charge. When I asked if I could use the shower after my hike, even though I had already checked out, they let me use another room. The access to the trailentrance is also good. This was the best accommodation service I've ever received."

"Очень понравился отель. Самое главное-было очень чисто. Сотрудники супер, приветливые, помогли со всей необходимой информацией, с билетами, с такси. Тропы на Фицрой и Торре начинаются рядом. Супермаркет не очень далеко, хотя с продуктами там не очень, учитывайте. В номере комфортно было, все необходимое есть, даже кофе, чай, сахар, масло и т.д. Каждый день дают бокс с едой для завтрака и кладут 2 яйца. Отличные апартаменты."
